Those looking for a spacious family seaside home need look no further than this beauty. With three en suite bedrooms, captivating sea views and boundless space, you'll want for nothing at this modern, dog-friendly holiday retreat in Woolacombe, Devon.

Offering reversed living to make the most of the exceptional views (meaning the bedrooms are downstairs and the living area upstairs) and with a large balcony for outside living during warmer weather, this is a lovely coastal home just a few minutes' walk from an award-winning beach and the town of Woolacombe. Open plan shared spaces allow for quality time together, while each bedrooms with their own bath or shower room means there's never queues in the morning. Outside a landscaped garden awaits, ideal for lawn games and sunbathing, and parking for three cars.

Step through the front door of 36 Chichester Park into the living space and immediately you're greeted by breathtaking views of the beach, sea and coastline of this beautiful part of north Devon. Interiors are blissfully neutral in tone, with the seating area resplendent with a cream-coloured corner sofa, Smart TV and gas fire (artfully disguised as a wood-burner). In addition, there's a seating nook with a sofa bed. If your stay is partly a workcation, there's a separate study area for catching up on emails or coursework. Next, you'll find the spacious dining-area with a table for eight, while during warmer months the sliding doors can be pushed back to bring the outside in. A high chair is provided should you need it. You'll find the kitchen tucked around the corner, with a built-in oven and gas six-ring hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave, plus all the essential equipment to satisfy even the pickiest cook. Opposite the kitchen there's a shower-room - ideal for washing sandy feet after a day on the beach! In the living-room, there is a double sofa bed for two guests.

Descend the stairs and you'll find three peaceful bedrooms. The principal bedroom is home to a double bed, built-in wardrobe and glass doors leading out on to the patio. The show-stopper here is the en suite, with a spa bath, large shower and WC. The second bedroom has a double bed, dual-aspect windows and glass patio door with sea views, and an en suite shower-room. The third bedroom is perfect for little ones, with twin beds and a further day bed (suitable for a child), plus shower-room. There's also a travel cot available for babies (please bring your own bedding with you). On the ground floor there's also a utility-room with a washing machine, tumble-drier and plenty of space for a dog bed.

To the front of the property lies a driveway for up to three cars, while the back has a beautifully landscaped garden (please note there are some drops, so children should be supervised), a large terrace with picnic bench for sunny breakfasts and a sun-soaked balcony, accessed through the living area, with a table, chairs and coal barbecue. Bikes and surfboards can be stored securely in the garage.

Mr Dillon

Superb location and views to die for. Didnt want to leave! Everything was thought about for an active stay from a hose to rinse wetsuits, to spare bodyboards in the garage. 3 ensuites was an absolute bonus. Did I mention the views?!!

mrs schofield

Amazing cottage, perfect location. The views were amazing, one of the best places we have stayed in.

Mrs Dransfield

Would definitely recommend. We had an amazing stay here and would love to visit again soon. Large rooms and en suites are lovely. We already miss the view!

Mr Pentreath

The views from the upstairs balcony or either of the 2 main bedrooms is breathtaking. The house has wonderful decor and is located within a stones throw of Woolacombe town and the beach is just beyond that. We like to use our rents as a base generally but this was the sort of place to relax with a coffee and a book on the balcony, taking in the scenery. Loved the week and would definitely go back.

Mrs Siviter

An excellent house, brilliant views, plenty of space for all the family, lots of bathrooms. A steep walk back up the hill each day, but well worth it for a fantastic property overlooking one of the best beaches in the UK.
