The Stables
Managed by Island Escapes
There is a sheltered private garden featuring outdoor furniture with views towards Peel. In addition, the outdoor leisure suite with BBQ hut and sauna is available and can be booked for your use on request at an extra cost.
For larger groups, The Byre, which sleeps 4, is also located next door.
The Stables has a spacious kitchen/living room with a wood burner, perfect for cosy evenings after a day exploring the island. Bedding includes goose down duvets and pillows with quality cotton linen (unless hypo-allergenic bedding is requested).
Dogs are very welcome, with up to two accepted at the property. There are excellent countryside walks nearby, however as The Stables is located on a working farm, we kindly ask guests to keep dogs under control at all times and to be respectful of livestock, farm machinery and other guests staying in nearby cottages. Dogs should not be allowed to roam freely around the farm or approach animals.

Lovely cottage. Fiona and John were very friendly hosts. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. Would thoroughly recommend the location and the Isle of Man.
Mrs Lamb
We visit the Isle of Man every year but this was the first time not staying in a Hotel so were not sure what to expect. Upon arrival we were instantly impressed with the location of the accommodation which is set on a beautiful farm making us quickly feel at home. The Stables had everything we could need for the week (and more) and upon stumbling across 1 minor issue of the shower chair missing in the wet room this was straight away resolved by the lovely Fiona. The Stables was spacious and clean, it had more than enough space for all 5 of us and the welcome pack of milk, bread, butter, cheese, tea and coffee was very much appreciated. We really enjoyed exploring the farm, meeting Farmer John and helping him feed the animals and of course making friends with the Farm Cats, who were often in our garden wanting a fuss! We also enjoyed exploring the local area & history which really gave us a different experience from previous visits. The lovely weather was also an added bonus, we will 100% be back to visit again.
