The Byre

Situated on a working farm in the west of the island, The Byre is a former cow shed that has recently been converted into a luxury single storey cottage sleeping 3-4 people.

There is a sheltered private garden with outside furniture and views towards Peel. In addition, the new outdoor leisure suite with BBQ hut and sauna is now available and can be booked for your use on request at an extra cost.

For larger groups, The Stables which sleeps 6 is also next door.

The Byre has a large kitchen/living room with wood burner. The bedding is goose down duvets and pillows and luxury, cotton linen (unless hypo-allergenic is requested).

Lounge/Diner/Kitchen: Well equipped, containing dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer, ceramic four plate hob and double electric cooker.

Bedroom 1: Ground floor double zip link bed that can be configured as a twin, bedside cabinets, chest of drawers, wardrobe.

Ensuite: With walk in shower, w.c., basin and vanity unit

Bedroom 2: Twin beds bed bedside cabinets, chest of drawers, wardrobe.

Bathroom: Accessible bathroom with Bath, shower, w.c., basin and vanity unit

Parking: Parking available immediately outside

EV Charging: Outside three-pin plugs are available for use and Electrical Vehicle charging can be added as a booking extra.

Changeover Day: Flexible - arrival 4:00pm - departure 10:00am

Short Breaks: Acceptable outside of summer season (Minimum 4 nights)

Bedding and Linen: Bed linen & towels provided, not including beach towels.

Pets: 1 well behaved dog allowed, not permitted in bedrooms.

Accessibility: The Byre is wheelchair accessible and a single level property.

Damage: Important! We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we now take a £35 fee from each booking as a damage waiver. This is included in the price you pay and covers you for up to £500 worth of accidental damages to the property that could occur whilst you are staying.
