Excellent property with the most amazing views. Well equipped, comfortable beds, spacious. Great communication with housekeeper who did a great job getting property ready for us.

Gorgeously appointed and positioned. Fabulous space to be in. Second time for us and will be back next year. Not a quiet place as to expected with somewhere so central. But if you are ok with that a perfect place to stay. Aspects service fabulous as always.

Always love coming back here, view amazing location perfect, however the apartment needs issues sorting heating etc etc .

This is a perfect location for st Ives. The views across the harbour are beautiful. The convenience of stepping out onto the harbour beach was wonderful.
You have to weigh up, if this is enough to convince you that the noise from the Hub isn't a problem. For us the noise from the Hub customers, bottle emptying wasn't the problem. It's that the property backs onto the hub toilets and the noise from the hand driers is constant all day and night. So if you can zone out of the noise, fantastic, but if you like utter peace of the sea and the waves and bustle of the street you might be put off with the drone of hand driers in the back ground.

This was our 3rd stay at Onshore and it never fails to deliver. The apartment is always so welcoming, clean and comfortable. The owners have thought of everything, the apartment is so well equipped. Great views over the wharf help to make our stay extra special.
It’s generally quiet after the bars close and we didn’t have a problem keeping our, almost 3 year old Grandson asleep at night however, the 5.30am glass bin collection woke us all up one day. It’s a small price to pay to stay in such a lovely apartment in a great location.

Fabulous hard to beat location and space to spend your holiday in. Comfortably furnished and super roomy throughout. A great space for a large group. Fantastic views.
Not a place if you want a quiet holiday though. But you wouldn't chose this location expecting that. Lots of activity going on always and leavers from the pub and restaurant will keep you entertained. Large extractor fan at back not overly pleasant and the very noticeable hand dryer drone from the restaurant below was the only real annoyance and took a while to zone out but just keep looking at the view. You cannot beat the service at Aspects though and that is an huge asset to any holiday.

Wow, what a view, but that's what you book it for! On top of this it's a huge property, that although a little tired and a refresh needed in places is one of the best I've stayed in St Ives. We had a couple of issues that Aspects helped us with and kept us updated.
This building like most in St Ives, really is not for those bad with stairs, from the pavement up. The 'hustle and bustle' as gently written is fine during the day but expect radiator reverberation until midnight when the Hub shuts downstairs on Friday/Saturday's. The rest of the week, not a problem. Maybe just join the party! However I had my young daughter and mum with dementia with me so sadly, couldn't. Great breakfasts downstairs too!
Are you a light sleeper...what isn't that clear is the bin collections every single day from 5am to 7am. At least two and one of them the glass bottles...extraordinarily loud even with the fantastic high quality windows.
We had Storm Ciaran whilst down and it was amazing to watch, with the added bonus of seeing the seal from our bed most mornings (due to the early alarm, lol)!
Would I stay again? Definitely, but with ear plugs! Book it guys!

Once again we enjoyed our stay in this excellent property. The View is like a film set and overall the property doesn't disappoint.

This accommodation was excellent and we cannot really fault it at all. It is in an ideal position with the most amazing scenery and we loved the close proximity to the beaches, harbour and shops.
The view from the lounge and master bedroom was perfect with floor to ceiling windows. All furniture was of a very good standard and rooms were made up nicely when we arrived. We want to book again for next year as we were very impressed with the location, apartment, scenery and nearby facilities.
It really is a lovely holiday accommodation and we can’t wait to come again,

We had a wonderful holiday staying in this apartment. The views are amazing and the location ideal for accessing shops, beaches and restaurants. Spacious and comfortable but needing some furnishings upgraded and the patio wasn’t pleasant enough to be used. Having said that for views and location we would definitely stay here again

Stayed at Onshore Apartment several times now. It never disappoints with the most incredible views! Very spacious for our large family. Can be noisy at weekend evenings due to its position but we don’t mind this. Excellent correspondence with housekeeper!

We recently stayed at onshore for our annual birthday trip. We come at least twice a year and have done for 15 years plus. This was by far the best we have stayed in. The view is incredible the rooms spacious and comfy. Excellent shower and facilities. Perfect location to walk straight onto the beach with our dog. Central to all testy and shops. We have already re booked for next year.

We have now found the most perfect view in St Ives. The apartment is much more spacious than described on the website.
We have rebooked for the same apartment next year!

Wonderful holiday in a fantastic apartment, such beautiful views from the lounge!

Onshore is in a brilliant location - you can't really beat it. Whatever the weather, it's a fab place to admire St Ives from - and to people watch! There's a well equipped kitchen and lots of storage generally. Lovely and spacious throughout, comfy beds and great shower in the main bathroom. If you nab a bedroom at the front, there's nothing quite like waking up to the sights and sounds of St Ives harbour, just heavenly.

If you're an early or light sleeper, this probably isn't the place for you as its central location above a restaurant doesn't make it the quietest place to stay.

We had an amazing stay in a beautiful location over looking the harbour, the apartment is very comfortable with the best shower ever.
It was great to wake up and watch the sun rise whilst still in bed, the apartment was very well kitted out and so good we have booked it for 2 weeks later in the year.

Excellent views from apartment. can be noisy and the smell of cooking from the below restaurant waft into the apartment.

We’ve been coming to st ives for 20 years now and have never stayed in the same place twice because we were always looking for the perfect one , and now we’ve found it and booked for next year already

The photos on the website don't do it justice - so much more gorgeous and spacious than the pictures show. Absolutely loved apartment, so much that we booked for 2022 already whilst there. The only thing that is missing is tumble dryer as leaving any clean clothes to dry on small outdoor area is at the peril of the seagulls! But who wants to do washing whilst on holiday! I have stopped in several Aspects Holidays places now in St Ives and this definitely the best so far, its going to be hard to beat

The location of the apartment is perfect as all attractions are easily accessible. The views are also absolutely beautiful too.

Another lovely week in this great location. This apartment is really lovely, but we were disappointed this time to find the windows so dirty. Unfortunately despite requesting cleaning on our first day, they were not cleaned by the end of the week.

As always it was perfect, Aspects always go above and beyond for anything and are so helpful.
Jenna is lovely and takes pride in the cleanliness of the property and always helps with anything when needed.

Fantastic location, which is a haven for people watching! A return visit to this comfortable and well equipped apartment, with nice newly fitted bathrooms this year. We’ve had another lovely holiday!

Managed to book this little gem at short notice and couldn’t have been happier. We have been holidaying in St Ives for the last 20 years and this has to be our favourite accommodation. Everything’s very well thought out and clean throughout. Without a doubt the veiw is the star of this property even if you are having a night in you still feel like you are out enjoying the hustle and bustle of the town, my only issue is how booked up it is for next year.

A lovely light and spacious apartment with superb views that made it a special place to stay. Great location too, everything you need literally on your doorstep.

The 5 Adults had a wonderful stay mid August 2020.
The view across the harbour is perfect and the central location is fantastic but can be quite noisy as explained in the details prior to booking!
The bedrooms are large and the beds as comfortable and we thought the upstairs was even better than the main room if that’s even possible! The bathrooms are modern and the large landing makes the apartment feel very spacious.

We enjoyed a fantastic and relaxing week in Onshore Apartment. The location is perfect and the views across the Harbour breathtaking (being an early riser I managed to catch some stunning sunrises). We were a little apprehensive about the location above and next door to bars and restaurants, but the noise was minimal and didn’t bother us at all.

The apartment is very spacious and comfortable - hard to beat. Our third stay in St Ives in an Aspects property and the best yet.

Our third stay and the views from Onshore never disappoint, absolutely amazing. One of the best in St Ives. It is in a great location and great for dogs. Because of it’s harbour front location expect a certain level of noise at times, a price to pay for the prime location but can be disturbing.
The apartment is well equipped but decor and some furniture now looking tired.

Onshore is a fabulous apartment. It is light and airy with the most stunning views! You can literally watch the sun rise over the sea from your bed!! Great for people watching and just enjoying the beach right in front of your eyes! Everything is right on your doorstep - cafes, restaurants, interesting shops, galleries, bars, coastal and beach walks! Wonderful holiday location in a spacious apartment. And - so grateful to the owners for letting our dog stay too! (He always comes on holiday with us and had the best time. He couldn’t believe he would come in from his walk and then watch all the other dogs playing on the beach!!!).

Probably best I don’t comment about all the additional internal problems with the plumbing, sofa and stinky smell.

Amazing location, we stayed as two families with toddlers and everyone loved the holiday - we would return in a heartbeat.

On arrival we once again felt the need to contact Aspects about the state of the windows. The main feature of this apartment is the location and views so therefore to arrive to dirty windows was a disappointing first impression. We greatly accept that the seagull population is a part of wonderful St Ives and to maintain a good standard is a never ending battle. However as part of the cleaning arrangements for the Saturday change over day would it not be possible for the windows to be routinely cleaned therefore guests newly arriving would then see the apartment and views at it's very best. Whatever happens thereafter I feel guests would then accept as they have had that initial wow factor. We were howevever this year very pleased with how quickly the windows were cleaned once the matter had been reported to the office. The excellent location and prime views. Dog friendly ...the absolute best and so close to the all year round dog friendly beach. To some the noise at busy times would influence their stay at Onshore but to our adult family who know St Ives very well and knew before booking the exact location were not upset at the level of noise at certain busy times and accepted it as part of our holiday experience. The positives far, far outweigh any of the negatives. A fabulous stay in wonderful St Ives and would not hesitate to book again.
