Great holiday in the beautiful St Ives. Friendship Cottage is in a fantastic position, any closer to the sea and you'd be in it.
Delightful place, well equipped, comfortable beds.
I would definitely consider staying here again.

Friendship Cottage is in the best location right on the Harbour and close to all the amenities in St Ives. It is quite a large apartment with two double and two single bedrooms ,which both look a comfortable size. The shower over the bath is very good with hot water almost immediately. It is handy for families with children as the harbour beach is only a few steps away. I do think the lounge furniture is a bit dated and more suitable for lounging on rather than sitting but younger people may prefer that. All in all I had a very pleasant stay and would not hesitate to book again.

This property was in prime location.
However it needs a total refurbishment throughout.
The cleanliness of this property was totally unacceptable!!
Im sorry to say I would definitely not recommend staying here, unless it had a refurbishment or at the least a total professional clean.

Excellent location, although ‘parking up’ to unload and then load up requires forethought and planning to ensure speed in execution! Drivers stuck behind you waiting are not always patient.

Friendship cottage is in a perfect location and is a stones throw from Harbour beach and a five minute walk away from Porthgwithan beach and Porthmeor Beach.
The cottage had everything we needed for our stay and I have already booked for next year.

Another fabulous holiday in this comfortable property with fantastic sea views. The reduction in price for lower occupancy makes this property very affordable for a couple. Counting down the weeks until we can stay here again and hoping for the same good weather.

We had a lovely stay at Friendship Cottage. The location was perfect for us, in the centre of just what we needed. The views were amazing from the window onto the harbour. My family had a fantastic holiday and loved the cottage so much.
The team at Aspects were fantastic, we had a problem with the toilet which was fixed straight away.
We have booked to go again as we loved it so much.

Friendship Cottage is in a perfect spot for accessing all that St Ives has to offer. A lovely location with fabulous views.

Loved this cottage, location perfect for bustling St Ives. Cottage is comfortable and cosy , beds are really comfortable. Some street noise as you’d expect from its central location but just adds to the charm. Not a problem at all.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming holiday cottage, and it was an absolute delight. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The cottage itself is beautifully decorated, with a cozy and rustic feel that immediately put us in the holiday spirit.
The cottage was well-equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay, including a fully stocked kitchen, a comfortable living area, and a lovely view of the picturesque surroundings to enjoy a morning coffee. The furnishings are idea for a young families, within a few metres of the harbour beach.
One of the highlights of our stay was the location. The cottage is nestled in an idyllic setting, surrounded by the peaceful harbour. It provided the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of working life.
Overall, our experience at this holiday cottage was just right. It's the ideal place for a peaceful and rejuvenating getaway. We left feeling refreshed and grateful for the wonderful memories we created during our stay. We can't wait to return to this cosy cottage.

We had a fabulous holiday in St Ives and really enjoyed staying at Friendship Cottage. It is ideally located - with easy access to all the beaches and shops, and wonderful sea views from the main rooms. We hope to book it again for next year.

Friendship cottage is a beautiful place to stay , Every thing you need is provided ,and the welcome tray was a lovely touch . Very clean and fresh and the view is just stunning .
On the doorstep of the harbour and close to beaches . I would definitely stay here again .

Fabulous St. Ives. A great week in Friendship cottage.

Really enjoyed our stay at friendship cottage and would definitely look to book again! Possibly the best location and such a great size for St Ives! Really impressed with the complimentary items and the cottage on a whole was well worth the price. Yes, a few things could do with some attention but this is expected with such an old building, and the noise is noticeable if you like to sleep in but for a young family it's actually just perfect! Thank you for a wonderful holiday!

A lovely, comfortable property with superb views over the harbour and centrally located within easy reach of all facilities and beaches.
Please be aware that we were very conscious of noises coming from the above apartment. The property description mentions this, but if you are bothered about hearing other holidaymakers, this is not the property for you.

Beautiful cottage altogether. Generously spaced rooms; clean and tasteful in a period building in a prime position with great views over the harbour.
Bring earplugs if you want block noise from the property above.

This cottage was in a brilliant location with gorgeous views however unfortunately it lacked sufficient cooking utensils. For example we only were provided with 120 cm chopping board, blunt knives and no frying pan – so despite this cottage providing a kitchen it was impossible to cook properly which was a real shame.


I’d recommend this for a family who wants somewhere nice to stay but aren’t intending on being in the cottage all the time because you can’t really cook and as well as this you can hear all the noise from the flat above-by noise I mean footsteps conversations everything so it’s not a very quiet place for relaxing

Great holiday. Friendship Cottage is convenient for everything. A few things could be added/updated but we prefer it not to be a show house. Everything you need is available. Have booked it again for next year which will be th year running.

Lovely accommodation, excellent location

Sorry but apart from the fabulous views over the harbour the property need a complete upgrade ie carpets, decorations,furniture,white goods

This is an ideally situated, comfortable, place. The grandchildren loved the closeness to the harbour, as did we all. The beds were comfortable.
The views are amazing and the placement is ideal for a family.
We found everything you need available in the property.
Sadly, the whole experience was spoilt by the noisy people in the property above and as there was only floorboards between us and them you can here nearly everything they do, including going to the toilet.
Until this is addressed we will not be booking again.

We had a lovely week in Friendship Cottage. It is in the most perfect position and if we’d known about it when our children were young we would have stayed there all the time.
We definitely want to go back there. Sitting in the window watching the tide and the comings and goings in the harbour was so relaxing. We had a lot of rain but we were warm and cosy inside and did not feel we were missing time in St Ives because of our brilliant vantage point. I would highly recommend staying in this place.

Friendship Cottage has to be the best located apartment in St Ives. The views of the harbour are superb and being able to hear the waving crashing against the harbour wall at night makes evenings truly relaxing. Highly recommended.

I'm not sure any comments we have would be published as we were disappointed due to noise of the flat above.
