Mrs Supinska

This property offers everything that a family on holiday needs. It's big, airy, equipped with all the necessities, spotless. Parking space is tight but we managed with a Van (and a very experienced driver)!10 - 15 mins stroll from the beach. It was our second time with Aspects Holidays and for sure not the last one. Thank you!

Mr Buswell

Very family friendly - our three generations ranged from age 3 to age 77. We found jigsaws and board games for evenings that suited all. Beach toys/chairs/body boards were provided. Everything was spotless. Nice to be in the quieter side of town. Bus comes up from the beach every half hour to near the house, if you don’t want the walk. Aspects is always our go-to agent for best properties, value, customer service, friendliness and cleanliness.

Mrs Molnar

A beautiful cosy property which we really loved, the location was perfect and the items available at the property were great like the buckets and spades and plenty of washing up liquid, loo roll and dishwasher tablets - all very appreciated as that’s not always the case!

I would ask anyone considering staying here to think about the level of noise that your family may make, if you have young children or a dog that barks at the door etc as the neighbours were very particular about noise and even complained a few times about us to aspects, just to note that in the 10 years staying with aspects holidays, we have never experienced this before! If I had known this in advance I probably would have chosen a different property to save us all the headache!

Other than that, an excellent stay as usual

Mr Barnes

This was our families second time staying at Tregever, and it was just as good as the first, everything you need for a wonderful comfy stay, and excellent customer service from Aspects staff

Mrs Royle

Tregever is a lovely house, very well presented, with a well equipped kitchen and comfy beds.
The decor and furniture are very tasteful too.
We had a very enjoyable week and wouldn’t hesitate to book again.
The only difficulty was the parking space. It takes a bit of manoeuvring and is really only suitable for small cars.

Ms Allen

A lovely house; comfortable, spacious and homely. It is up a very steep hill so maybe not ideal for anyone with mobility issues, although there is a bus which goes past several times a day. Excellent customer service too, I enquired if we could gain access to the house earlier than 4pm as my daughter is seven months pregnant and we were travelling a long way. I got an almost immediate reply and it was all sorted in less than 24 hours, we were able to go in at midday which made everything so much easier. When visiting Cornwall I'd always book with Aspects, we've had three fabulous holidays through them so far without a solitary hitch

Very well presented property with very good facilities.
Parking a bit tight and a bit of a slog up the hill.
Overall, enjoyed our stay.

Miss Winnett

Wonderful home from home, would thoroughly recommend

Mr Norfolk

Nice house in good location. You need to be reasonably fit & mobile to make it up & down the hill from the house to St.Ives & back on foot.

Parking not easy for 2 average sized cars but you get used to it.

Mrs Rodd

Lovely home from home which comes with everything you could possibly need whilst on holiday. Great to have parking there, although you need to have extremely good 3 point (or should I say 20 point!!!!) turning skills to get your vehicle in ??
Plenty of sofas in the lounge but we did struggle to get comfortable in them and we did find the house to be very drafty.
Only a 10 minute walk into Fore Street.

Mrs Taylor

A great house, very homely, extremely well equipped and spacious. One of the best we have stayed in. Would definitely book again. Good location if you don’t mind a little uphill walk from town which we didn’t. Great local shop and park a couple minutes walk which was a bonus.

Ms Van Zyl

The house is well looked after, has everything you need and great access to St Ives and surrounding area.

Miss Lewis

The location is perfect as you are out of the hustle and bustle but also close enough to walk into the mix. There’s a hill to walk back up to the house but we managed it absolutely fine with a pram and little dog.

The house is furnished beautifully and was so clean. Everything was so accessible and so easy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone. Thank you for a fantastic week.

Mr Orsler

Lovely house, very comfortable.
Near to the beach, Tate gallery, shops, eating etc….be prepared for hilly walk home…
Great park for children 20 yards from house for when they have tired from the beach !
First time to St Ives, would certainly visit again to explore more coastal walks and would use aspect-holidays again.

Mr Barnes

A wonderful holiday property with everything you need, lovely comfy beds, very clean and well maintained, parking space a bonus suitable for small to medium size vehicle due to angle and turning in and out. Top tip number 6 bus went from Ayr holiday park opposite property down hill to Tate gallery and back again.

Mrs Hanson

Lovely spacious family home. Had a fantastic week weather amazing and accommodation was perfect.

Mrs Nicholls

We had a lovely stay at Tregever. The house is spacious, very clean, has comfortable beds & was well- equipped. The parking at rear was a bonus. Hopefully we will be back soon!
