Mrs Cullen

We have stayed in Mariners next door many years ago and submariners is equally beautiful and well presented property. If I was ordering a food shop I’d put a note for them to use the back door as this is on the flat and easier to access rather than the ramp to the front of the property. Parking is very tight and narrow and we had to pull in our wing mirrors to access and egress the ramp past the gate.
We would definitely stay in the property again it is well equipped and creates a comfortable environment the washing machine and separate dryer were a super benefit having such a wet week.

Miss Thompson

We were very disappointed with our recent experience with Aspects Holidays. We were told the property we had originally booked (Porth Enys), was unsuitable for guests (5 days before we were due to arrive), yet when we arrived we found it was occupied by guests that had enjoyed their stay with no problems (They had obviously double booked us but decided to lie instead of just telling us the truth). This obviously left us feeling misled and frustrated.

The alternative accommodation they offered us was nice of its own accord but didn't compare to the original property we booked. To make matters worse, the alternative parking they arranged for us was repeated taken by unauthorised cars, causing ongoing stress during what should have been a relaxing holiday.

Overall the handing of this situation was very poor and their 'gesture of goodwill' did not merely cover the inconvenience and stress they caused. Being a customer of Aspects Holidays for the last 9 years it's very disappointing to say that we will not be booking with them again and would advise others the same.
