Very comfortable. Thank you for the bottle of wine. Very handy and close to the beach and shops. We would definatly come here again.

Our second visit to Parc Cottage and it didn’t disappoint. Very convenient location with only a few minutes walk to the harbour front yet with the bonus of a parking space by the front door.
Very well equipped with tasteful furnishings.
Wonderful views down to the harbour from the balcony and windows.

This was our 3rd stay at Parc Cottage. Lovely stay as usual. Love St Ives, love the cottage. Will return.

Lovely views of the harbour in this modern, well equipped house.

The location is brilliant close right in the middle of st Ives. The property has Ev Charger at the property which is perfect for electrical cars. We have stopped here two years on the bounce but the property is starting to be tried downstairs bedroom smells of damp and has been hidden as they have painted over this around the window and cupboard. The bathroom has a hole in the floor boards and under the laminator floor it will give way soon. The plastic plants around property full of dust. The bedroom upstairs the bed is on the floor not low level the mattress is on the floor.

There are a lot of positive things about Parc cottage, location, view, parking, it’s a great place for 2 people and a dog! The owner was very thoughtful and left a welcome bottle of wine and milk in the fridge for tea and coffee.
With a little bit of TLC at the house and a new bed it would be a fantastic wee house!

The location of this cottage was wonderful, a short walk to the beach, but tucked away so you don't feel like hoards of people are walking past your window constantly. The view from the house was also spectacular! I felt like a lot of thought had been put into kitting out the cottage down to small things like including night lights in the childrens bedrooms up to a very good internet service and an incredible choice of TV channels. We would certainly come and stay again.

Parc Cottage was the perfect base for our St Ives stay. Great location and secure parking.

Parc Cottage is very well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The fold up chairs and wind break etc for beach use were an unexpected but thoughtful addition. Stylish decor in the open plan living area with fantastic views from both here, the balcony and upstairs bedroom. Fantastic location being only a short walk from everything St Ives has to offer with the excellent bonus of private parking by the door. We and our two small dogs had a fantastic week and will definitely re book !!

Excellent location and a cute quirky property. Comfortable lounge area. In need of more modern white goods and a good clean.

Very good location has its own parking space behind private gates. The bed in loft says low level bed it’s a mattress on a wooden base on floor.

Location perfect if you want to visit St Ives there is no need for a car as everything is within walking distance. The cottage was perfect it had everything to hand i.e Parking, perfect for us, TV, WIFI and key essentials to make our stay welcoming. Would book again!

Parc Cottage is a real home from home. We had a lovely holiday there. Our cocker spaniel had a great time too. Perfect location as per advertisement. We were blessed with good weather for 2 weeks but regardless of the weather we still wouldn’t have any complaints. The cottage is well equipped and felt like home. Parc Cottage is lovely, well equipped in a convenient location. The view from the kitchen and lounge is beautiful and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony looking at the sea when the weather permitted it.
The cottage was warm and cosy and we would definitely stay again.

Great location,views and well equipped house. Only 1 negative is the downstairs double mattress needs replacing as spring sticking out. Otherwise what a great holiday and this was our 2nd time in the house.

Parc Cottage is an extremely well equipped, light and airy property. A parking space is always a bonus especially in St. Ives, so we were pleased to be able to leave our car in a gated area and right by the back door.
We were extremely comfortable and loved the views down to the harbour and out to sea. You could never tire of it! There is a small balcony with seating for two to take advantage of as well.
Everything was clean and the beds comfortable. We certainly slept well after our coastal walks. The property is certainly well placed for a short walk into town or further exploring using the coastal paths.
We had an excellent time.

Parc Cottage fabulous base for Hubby, Norman the pup and I. Easy access to all of St Ives with the bonus of adjacent parking.

Parc cottage is in a good location but in need of a deep clean and maintenance. Facilities are ok but mattress in main bedroom in desperate need of replacing, we had a week of bad sleep. Sadly we could not recommend the property.

We have booked with aspects for the last few years for family holidays in the summer, also booked with them for my honeymoon:)


They have always been amazing customer service, always there to advise, via email or phone. Can’t wait to re- book and come back down to ST ives and stay with aspects again

Parc cottage is in a great local and the car parked right outside the back door is fabulous. Aspects have great customer service making it a wonderful holiday experience for everyone. We have already booked for next year!

Wonderful cottage in a perfect location with added bonus of a secure parking space.
Lovely views across the harbour. The cottage is beautifully presented and very well appointed with all mod cons, media and utensils. Lots of stairs but we live in a three storey so we’re used to that but wouldn’t suit everyone. We had a wonderful holiday here amd would highly recommend.
Only downside was the throws and footstools smelt a bit doggy and a few stray dog hairs.

Parc Cottage is superbly located with the added benefit of parking right outside your door which, any regular visitors to St Ives will tell you is a very rare find and absolutely essential in order to avoid the stress of riding around trying to find parking in the surrounding car parks. The view over the harbour from the kitchen window is just wonderful and adorns the homepage of my iPad even as I type.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - lovely cottage, lovely decor and spotlessly clean. Alll kitchen utensils provided to assist with cooking any meal that you wanted to cook. Secure parking at back of cottage was fantastic. The location was brilliant just minutes to the shops and 5 mins to the harbour and beach. Will definitely look to book again at this fabulous cottage in the near future.

Love! Love! Love Parc Cottage. Fantastic location, private secure parking right outside your door; a real bonus in St Ives. The cottage has become our second home we have visited so many times over the years and I cannot think there will come a time when we don’t use it. We’re being greedy this year and coming down again in September….. I cannot wait until we are in our happy place once again. Thank you Aspects for your impeccable service and “can do” attitude, it’s always a pleasure to deal with any of your lovely staff.

Loved the parking space right next to the back door, what a treat that was and saved us having to fight for a spot elsewhere then drag our luggage across town!
Views from the balcony are lovely and the flat is very well equipped with everything you may need, even had beach chairs and a picnic hamper for days in the beach. The bedroom in the eaves was very bright and cosy but the main bedroom downstairs lacked charm.
Overall a great place to stay, centrally located with town being just a quick walk down some steps from front door. Loved it !

Loved the open-plan lay out of living area. Lovely views from kitchen window. Very convenient having parking space. Only a few minutes walk to sea front and shops. Definitely stay here again.

Amazing location right in the centre of St Ives.
Clean, comfortable and very well equipped.
Bedrooms were rather dark and beds hard but that wasn’t a major issue.
Only negatives is that the shower area is tiny.
Great to have a parking space included as parking in St Ives isn’t easy.
Would consider staying here again in future.

Fabulous location. The allocated parking space is an excellent facility and being in a secure car park gives peace of mind that your vehicle is safe. We have stayed here many times before and will continue do do. Indeed we have two visits already booked for 2021. We love the cottage and Aspects are excellent to deal with and I highly recommend them.

We loved the place, the view was magnificent and it was very central. Really great to have our parking space rather than having to battle it out for one in St Ives centre.

Definitely recommend Parcs cottage and can't wait to come back for another fantastic holiday!

Lovely accommodation within short walking distance of all main beaches and the town. We booked at the last minute and had a great time.

Such a lovely location and the flat is a great base. Super comfy and some lovely little touches.

Parc Cottage is a lovely warm, welcoming and modern place to stay with views that I will think about often now we have returned home. A cup of tea and all the different coloured roofs are a joy in any weather - even in December !
The parking is an added bonus, so well equipped in the kitchen - super comfy beds and plenty of room for everyone . We will be back after a very Happy Christmas at Parc Cottage ! Thank you
