Lowen is the perfect place for us to stay as it’s right in the middle of fore street with all the little shops and eateries. The property is charming and comfortable, very clean , and has everything you would need for a relaxing break . The bed is very comfortable and the shower excellent. The kitchen is very well equipped and the lounge area is comfortable too . We absolutely loved our stay at lowen and will definitely return . We have stayed three times here now and for us it couldn’t be better

Wonderful cozy place to stay, a short walk from everything you might need to do in St. Ives. The facilities are great with everything you need, I did have to use the provided earplugs as I'm a very light sleeper but they worked fantastic. Really hope to be back soon!

We had a lovely stay at Lowen this August. The flat is in a perfect location on Fore Street; we loved being so close to all the action! It is a beautifully decorated and clean flat with a well-equipped kitchen. Aspects were great and it was very easy to book the apartment. They were always friendly and easily contactable. The one downside is that this apartment and surrounding ones are available for dogs, so there was a loud dog staying on holiday next door which barked every time we entered or left our apartment (the front doors are very close together). However aside from this, it was a perfect stay and we will return to St Ives and stay with Aspects again next year!

Lowen is a lovely little home away from home in St Ives. It is perfectly located in one of the busiest streets, which is convenient, but it does mean it is a little noisy. That didn't bother me though. It's lovingly decorated and has got everything you might need when on holiday. I hope to come back sometime!

A fabulous cosy retreat in the very heart of St Ives. The property is extremely thoughtfully equipped (including dog bowls and toys). You will need the provided earplugs (for blocking out noise late at night and early morning in Fore Street) but they work efficiently. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great apartment a lot bigger than it looks on the pictures. We was concerned as they accept dogs ( we do not have a pet ) however the apartment was spotless clean with no smell of pets.( in fact I always feel the need to clean previous apartments we have stayed in but not this one not a spot of dust to be seen ) Lowen is well equipped everything you need ( home from home) little utility area at the back is great place to store cases etc. We was down for new year so it was noisy on fore street but we was provided with ear plugs ( great little touch ) There was Christmas decorations up in which we loved and was a really nice touch to our stay..
We also seen that there was windbreakers and chairs that will be great for the
warmer spring/ summer months ..
Only negative for us is that we prefer a king bed ?? however the bed was comfy ..
we will definitely book again ,again and again for a break ??

This was our second stay at lowen . We love the properties location , a few steps into the charming streets of st ives . Lowen is so comfortable with everything you need for a break . The accommodation is stylish and spotlessly clean . A return stay is without doubt guaranteed.

First class service from Aspects Holidays. The apartment is a great little place for two in the centre of St Ives. Would definately recommend and look forward to returning soo .

A perfect apartment for a short stay for any couple, or for one person. It’s conveniently placed in the centre of the town. There are 12 steps up to the front door

Lovely small apartment in the middle of Fore street, right in the centre of St. Ives. Amid the bars and shops so not as quiet as you might like but never worried us. Highly recommended.

Our stay at Lowen was perfect . The apartment is beautiful and so comfortable. Everything we needed was provided, even a lovely welcome pack . The location was just incredible, a few steps onto fore street and the pretty town .We really enjoyed our stay and will without doubt return. The whole experience from booking to arrival was easy and even received a travel update warning of a minor road closure. Definitely recommend a stay at this idyllic location and accommodation for a relaxing holiday.

Great apartment for two, and the location is convenient, but not for light sleepers when the pubs empty out!

Second time staying in Lowen, has everything you need and a great location. Would recommend using the Rugby Car park as all other car parks in the town are always full. Cant wait to go again : )

As with all of the holidays we have booked via Aspects the service and property were beyond expectations.

Lovely place to stay. Ideal location. Street can get busy early mornings being on the Main Street however this did not bother me as we wanted to be up and out. Lovely apartment will definitely be back.

Lowen is a lovely, clean well equipped property even the stairs up to it are not too much of a problem.
We found it hard to sleep at night due to noise from other properties. We expected some noise as it is half way up fore street, lots of shouting followed by bin men then deliveries.
If you are heavy sleepers you're going to love it.

Fab location, loved the layout, perfect for a couple (and our pup). Kitchen amenities great, loved the utility and shelves which had all sorts such as dog bags, laundry pods etc. Everything including umbrellas and beach chairs had been so well thought of! We look forward to hopefully visiting again next year!

Seen other reviews mention noise on a night - please don't be put off by this! It wasn't as though you're living above a nightclub! Yes there was some noise people walking past, leaving restaurants etc but nothing bad or that would prevent sleep, and not too late either. If you want countryside silence, this is not for you, however if you want a fab location and a good nights sleep, then Lowen absolutely is the right choice!

Lovely little cute apartment, very well equipped, very convenient location. But it’s location does dictate it will be very noisy.

Enjoyed our break here in the centre of St Ives.
Used a taxi from the allocated parking at the Rugby ground to and from the flat, well worth it after a long drive!
Very comfortable accommodation.

We had a fabulous stay at Lowen, property is in an excellent location and very very cosy and comfortable. It’s handy for the bars and restaurants and so close to the harbour too. We’ve had a great time walking with the dog. We would definitely like to visit and stay in property again in the near future and would happily recommend Lowen to friends and family.

We enjoyed our stay at Lowen and found the apartment to be very clean, well equipped and in a great location for the town centre however please note that the apartment is right on Fore Street with only single glazed windows so a lot of noise from the town centre restaurants and pubs is to be expected, particularly weekend evenings until around 1am and from 6:30am in the morning from bin/recycling lorries.
Potentially not suitable for those with young children or noise sensitive pets.
Parking is at St Ives Rugby Club which is a 15 minute walk away, however there is a loading bay on the Harbour front with a small walk through to the apartment which is very useful for loading/unloading when you arrive and leave.

Lowen was a beautiful, comfy stay! Had the most lovely week away - st. ives is absolutely gorgeous!

Do not recommend property. Far too noisy until early hours. Cleanliness was not good. Not a dog friendly property. Also leaks that should of been dealt with prior to guests stay. Our day out was disrupted by us having to run back to apartment for a phantom leak. Had to spend the rest of holiday unable to use washing machine on owners request. Stuffed full of unnecessary old furniture.
