Harts

Harts was a great size for a one bedroom flat. Open plan, modern and comfortable and in a great location for accessing shops harbour and beaches. Even better it had a car parking space right outside the door.
Loved it and would definitely stay there again.

A lovely, good sized apartment, centrally located, with parking outside for a medium car. Bright sunny bedroom and we had a comfortable stay.

This is a lovely cottage, in a brilliant location with the bonus of a parking space and allowing you to take your dogs.
Please take the stairs into consideration of you have mobility issues as they are really difficult due to how steep they are.

The only recommendation i would suggest for this cottage is a slightly larger bed, a softer mattress and pillows. Everyone has their own preference but this is really hard. I can usually try to sleep on different types but I didn't manage to on this bed.

This cottage has everything that you need for a lovely holiday, in the most beautiful town.

Harts is a great apartment it is situated close to town, but away from the hustle and bustle. Close to take aways, for a meal at the apartment without having to cook.
Perfect for the bus if you fancy a trip without driving.
The apartment is well stocked with everything you need regarding crockery, microwave, oven ( not that we used the microwave or oven) toaster and kettle.
You can’t fault the cleanliness.
We really do recommend this apartment but if you have mobility issues then probably not the place for you as the outside steps are a bit steep.

Harts is a beautiful place to stay if you love St Ives as we do. So convenient , doggy friendly , lovely place and the parking space is amazing. We will return , we loved it.

Great location and having parking directly outside is a bonus. However, the property did disappoint us for several reasons which we have since reported back to Aspects maintenance.

Excellent location close to the shops restaurants and harbour in St Ives. Having parking for a small / medium sized car was a real bonus and you don’t need to bring your own bathrobes. Has everything you need to a week in St Ives.

Brilliant little cottage for 2

We enjoyed our stay at Harts. The property was clean and in a good location. We had a added bonus of a parking space. When we arrived there was milk, tea, sugar and coffee sachets so we could have a drink. Another suprise was a nice bottle of wine.

Great place to stay. Its on the level so no hill climbing. It has a parking space and is very roomy and bright.

Just had a lovely week at the apartment. Very clean and in a great location and the parking spot is real bonus. Just word of warning the oven didn’t really work properly and the Wi-Fi kept disconnecting but apart from that it was a very enjoyable stay. We will definitely use aspects again the future.

Beautiful gifts left by the owners (thank you) and wine and milk in the fridge - always very useful.
Excellent to have parking right in town and everything within a very easy walk (even for the old folk!).
We had a housekeeping issue on arrival but it was sorted kindly, quickly and very efficiently by Sara in the harbour office at Aspects and the lovely housekeeper at Star. Both being a credit to the hospitality trade.
The apartment does get very warm, we even had the windows open for 2 afternoons, however it was mild this Christmas.
There was some noise from the Theatre opposite but it was happy noise and never bothered us too much.
Would highly recommend both Aspects and Harts to friends and family wishing to stay in beautiful St Ives.

I had a great stay at Harts, the location was spot on being in a quite area but also close to everything and also above street level. The apartment was very clean and tidy and well equipped and light and airy,it was great to have all the windows opened in what was a heatwave when I was there.The parking space is a fantastic bonus when staying in St Ives it enables you to have days out and not worry about finding a space when you return.I would not hesitate to stay at Hearts again when I return.

We had a great holiday at Harts. Cottage had everything you could need and was clean and tidy when we arrived. The Car Parking space is a real bonus especially when unpacking though be aware there are quite a lot of steep steps up to the property entrance. Location of the cottage is excellent only minutes from all the shops/ Restaurants and Take Away's and the Harbour. A lovely cottage and we would certainly recommend it.

Well positioned cosy apartment for exploring all of St Ives. Harts sits at the rear of the theatre. Relatively quiet over New Year apart from revellers returning home. Parking is a bonus but will be tight if one or both cars are big.
The stone steps are steep and would definitely be unsuitable for anybody with mobility issues.
The kitchen is well appointed and there’s everything you need for a hot drink when you arrive.
The bathroom has a very narrow bath with an overhead shower.
We liked the bedroom up in the roof. Great for listening to stormy winter weather and views of rooftops up to the brewery.
The only let down was the WiFi and tv reception both of which were pretty non existent. This wouldn’t be an issue in warmer weather if you were able to be out most of the time, but Dec/Jan bring cold dark evenings.

Our second Christmas in a row here, although last year we stayed below at Number One (my Dad and Step-Mum stayed there this year so we could be 'together' for Christmas). Harts was more roomier with the bedroom on the 3rd floor of the building.

Aspects are a joy to book with and any problems were sorted in a friendly and efficient way.
Our only issue is the price for 2022 has gone up significantly which now makes it out of our price range.

We absolutely loved our recent stay at Harts. The location was perfect for us, just a few minutes walk into the centre of St Ives, and having a parking space was brilliant. The cottage was well equipped and comfortable.

Great location, parking space was so helpful couldn’t have managed without. Lovely cosy apartment with great facilities. Stairs upto the apartment are quite steep, just something to be mindful of. Plenty of room for the two of us and our dog, definitely recommend Harts if you’re staying in St Ives.

We overall had a lovely week at this property it is in a really fantastic location. Just a small walk in to St Ives, it made the holiday really easy and the parking spot was a massive bonus. The property itself was lovely very well equipped, spotless when we arrived and the furniture was incredibly comfortable. The only downside was the noise coming from the performances in the theatre as the doors had to be left open due to COVID this happened 4 nights out of the 7 night we stayed. So please check if the is a performance going on during your stay and plan accordingly. We told aspects about the situation and it was dealt with in a very professional and quick manner by all involved. Other than that it was a very enjoyable stay we will definitely be booking with aspects again in the future.

Nice living space and kitchen with bedroom fine for couples. A short meander to the shops, eateries and the harbour. Loads of windows letting in loads of light - just a bit hot for wonderful weeks like we had. Steep steps up to Harts but fine for the likes of us - both over 50 and our small dog.
St.Ives is just wonderful loads of beautiful beaches, shops and eateries - Tate modern, Barbara Hepworth garden and loads of small galleries - all illuminated by that crystal clear bluey light almost unique to the area.

Great little place which we've stayed at a few times now. Brilliant to have a parking space so we can go out without worrying if we can find a space upon return.

Lovely, comfortable and well presented flat with all mod cons and the essential car parking space which took a Volvo XC60. 16 steps to the entrance but they get easier as the week goes by! All in all, a great property within an easy 5 minute walk of the harbour and Fore Street. We'd definitely book again

Harts was very nicely decorated and very comfortable with everything you needed for a good holiday stay, very close to all amenities and dog friendly too, although my two Frenchies found the stairs leading up to the flat very steep and a bit scary, the cleaning also left a bit to be desired, which is unusual for Aspects.

I don't want to be of any detriment to this person's business so I'm declining leaving a review

This property is amazing it’s location cannot be beaten. The parking is straight outside the property on a quiet road. On arrival we had a welcome pack including wine, milk, dishwasher tablets, tea,coffee washing up things. The property is spotlessly clean and very well equipped including a hair dryer powerful shower and comfy bed. Enjoy

( owners land). quiet area. good wifi. everything we needed and a lovely atmosphere. three minutes walk on the flat to the centre. dog friendly. heating good (april) loads of hot water. will be returning.

Stayed for a New Year. Even had a Xmas tree which made it very festive. Everything you need for an enjoyable holiday. After spending all day out just a short walk from the centre and your back at the cottage. Wonderful. Would recommend.

Lovely apartment that was close to all the amenities of St Ives, in an ideal place with the bonus of easily accessible private parking. Ideal little place for two people to stay. We felt at home as soon as we got there and even our dog 'Henry' felt welcome with the dog bed, treats and tag (just in case). Owners who lived locally were very friendly and even came out to wish us a safe journey home. All in all a lovely stay in a lovely apartment. Many thanks ,Rob,Cal and Henry.

A lovely clean cottage well situated in St Ives and with the bonus of a car parking space the only downside is it can be quite noisy.

Delightfully spacious place for two finished to high stardard in quiet back street, close to centre of St Ives with parking space. A real gem!

We had a great week visiting St Ives. Harts is perfectly located in the centre of town, just outside of the hustle & bustle of the main streets (so not noisy) but not too far out either; we could walk to the shops & harbour within 5 minutes. We also appreciated the huge bonus of a parking spot & enjoyed the luxury of not having to get in the car once during our week's stay. A lovely week's stay, thank you.

The cottage was a perfect stay for me & my wife also are two small Dogs love every small touch you put in place from there bed's to there treats.

Delightful cottage and location was excellent for seeing beautiful St lves,alittle tight with parking but was made aware of this but with the friendly help with the couple in the cottage below this wasn’t a problem,will definitely visit again really enjoyed our stay.

Overall the quality of the fixtures and fittings are very good as is the location of the property and the added benefit of its own dedicated parking spot. On arrival you are made to feel really welcome inside the property with the inclusion of doggy treats as well as welcome tray for us including tea,coffee, milk and a cheeky bottle of wine, all of which we have never experienced before. Would definitely recommend this property and Aspect holidays to one and all - well done!

We loved our time at Harts, it was very welcoming for us and our mini schnauzer Holly, who loved the big comfy bed, biscuits etc. Excellent cleanliness throughout, good range of equipment, we cooked some lovely meals. Very spacious and very comfortable. Only short walk to the shops, beaches etc .St Ives is very dog friendly we were able to take Holly with us without any problems. She absolutely adored the beaches.

Harts was a delightful property. On arriving the welcome pack made us and the dog smile. The bathrobes and bedroom made it feel as if we were staying at a spa and it was a joy to have a parking space.
