Good or bad, we publish all the reviews left by the guests who have stayed at this property.

Mrs Weston

A beautiful property in an ideal location. Excellent daily exercise getting up the hill from Town! Well equipped and beautiful view and such a light and bright place to stay. Garden would have been perfect if we had had better weather but ideal for our dog. We will be back!

Mrs Killoran

Brilliant time had by all at Cloud Ten this August (it is our 6th time of staying here), we just love it!
Superb kitchen equipment, appliances. Comfy beds, with quality white linen.
Absolutely beautiful view.
Thank you very much for the welcome tray, delicious, we all enjoyed it very much. Really kind of you, very appreciated after a long journey.

Mr Donald

Don’t hesitate in booking cloud ten with Aspects. This is a fantastic property.Location is up a steep hill (109 steps), yes i counted!.My 86 year old mum walked down and got the “shuttle bus” back. The bus runs regularly probably every 15 min at cost of £2 during day or £2.50 in evening .
The house is beautiful, well equipped and has great views.Parking space is a bonus.Lovely welcome pack of local produce.
Beds and pillows very comfortable.
Highly recommend both aspects and property.

Mr Rose

Cloud Ten is a great place to stay. The views are awesome and the location is ideal (yes there is stairs to climb, so a watch out if you are unable to walk the stairs). We have an electric car and it was across from a charging point in the leisure centre car park. The accommodation had all the things we needed and the kids loved the rooms and the beds. Spacious, clean and relaxing... what else do you need!!

St Ives, where to begin, the beaches, bars, restaurants and shops are all amazing!! We loved every second of it and my kids absolutely fell in love with Cloud Ten and St Ives.

I would highly recommend the Coast Boat Trips (Hayle and Penzance locations)... WOW and what an experience. Carbis bay is lovely... simple train ride there and back and dont need to worry about parking.

Mrs Gleeson

Great property, really well equipped. Fantastic position as right opposite the bus stop to catch the bus in to the bay. really beautiful views from all across the property. Safe garden for our dog too :-) Really comfortable and well equipped. The balcony is an absolute sun track all day too, great for somebathing after a day out! Great dealing with Aspects too, they did a great job managing the booking. Great base location for the whole of South Cornwall, we will be back.

Mrs Rixon

Stunning views, lovely property with everything you need!

Mrs Taylor

Booking team helpful & accommodation was easy to book. Property cloud ten was very well presented & beautifully located for visiting the heart of a magical St. Ives.

Mrs Godard

Would highly recommend Aspect Holidays, we had the perfect family holiday home, loved the nice special treats left for us.

Mr Cutmore

Very nice property and exceeded our expectations from website description and photos. Unfortunately we didn’t get to use the outside area due to weather ( it is cooler up there compared to town). Walk down /up is not as bad as other reviews made out and there is always the bus back. Despite the weather the view from the lounge everyday made up for it.

Mr Cross

Cloud Ten is top quality accommodation. Fantastic location, beautiful views, modern and spacious and extremely well equipped. We had a lovely week with our son, his partner and our granddaughter who loved to run around the big open plan living space, playing on the balcony and in the garden area. There were some lovely touches on arrival and we couldn’t fault anything. An excellent stay, thank you!

Mr Pittock

Dangerous, dirty, un-functioning, uncomfortable, .

Decent parking.

Glad to get home for a shower that leaves you cleaner than when you went into it.

Mrs Killoran

A wonderful week spent at Cloud Ten. We love coming to this property, it is always lovely and clean.
Super comfy beds with lovely quality white bed linen
The kitchen is so well equipped, everything I can think might be required, is supplied. Along with a very good washing machine/tumble dryer if needed.
The views are fantastic, especially this year now the huge tree is trimmed back a bit.
Thank you so very much for the 'welcome tray', it was very kind of you, and very much enjoyed :)
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property, we will certainly stay here again. Thank you

Mrs Doyle

Our third stay at Cloud Ten! The position is perfect for all the beaches, the bus stop is on the same road. This meant no need to struggle up the hill in wetsuits! A quick walk into town and opposite the leisure centre. We will definitely stay again.

Mrs Thomas-Morgan

The location and views made the holiday, making visiting the many beaches in St Ives great. Its not the easiest of properties to get out of as the driveway is concealed and there is no mirror to help to get out onto a dual one way street. The property is comfortable but is tired and is needs updated in parts.

Mr Cardwell

Great property with incredible near panoramic views , parking in St Ives is a necessity with most holiday properties squeezing you into tiny spaces but Cloud Ten has ample parking for 2 cars , an all round great holiday home , with great outdoor space for family time , easy walk into town but a fair degree of mobility and fitness for the return walk , but it works the pasties off

Mr Gardner

We stopped at Could Ten with 3 Adults and 2 children (9 / 5). The property is true to its description being spacious and open. The location was perfect for us having the path / steps at the side giving access to the centre and beaches with the bus stop being nearly opposite for those times we had tired legs. Anybody with mobility issues will probably make use of the bus more than most and is cheap enough for it not to be an issue.

Cloud Ten is well equipped with everything you will need and after travelling 380+ miles the welcome gift was very much appreciated. The outdoor space was great in the sunshine to either sit and relax or have and evening meal / drink. The children loved having their own room with bunk beds and there was enough storage for all the clothes and toys which they brought with them.

There are a couple of niggles but nothing serious and certainly wouldn’t stop us from booking again next year but might be either nice to know or something that can be quickly resolved.

The lack of a wardrobe in the main bedroom may be an issue if not stopping as a family but the large one in the 2nd bedroom and in the children bedroom has plenty of storage. When exiting the property by car the bushes which act as great privacy also restrict the view with it being a blind bend so may need someone to guide you out.

All in all Cloud Ten was perfect for us as a family and we would have no reservations in recommending the property to anyone, we will certainly be back.

Mr Ranwell

This property has an ideal location and great views.
Others have mentioned the steps, however this didn’t bother us, we know St Ives is hilly, and anyone expecting a view will have to climb upwards at sone point.
The upstairs lounge and dining areas are spacious and well appointed.
There is a large balcony and garden, however, due the the weather we did not venture into either.
Now the downside:-
Would not recommend due to tiny en-suite shower, there are also no shelves in the en-suite as it’s so small.
There is no wardrobe in the ‘master bedroom’! On complaining we were told to hang cloths on the back of the door and use wardrobe in other bedroom where our daughter and husband slept!
The second bedroom would benefit from a set of drawers.
This was the disappointing part for a rental. Anyone staying for longer than a week will have issues putting their clothes anywhere.

Mr Pendery

Great location, but do be aware of the hills coming back up to the house from St Ives,
great base for getting around to see the rest of the south coast.

Facilities in Cloud 10 great everything we required as a party of 6. The children with the party loved the games, toys and books.

We did have an issue with rain water getting into the utility area but aspects where great as always and got their handy man to come and sort it the next day.

Mr Rönpage-Baines

Everything was perfect...

Ms Taylor

Absolutely love this place. Ideally located above Porthminster beach but not far from the town and Porthmeor. Amazing views from the living room. Really well equipped with high spec luxurious living space. Brilliant parking right outside for 3 cars. Fab terrace and decking area and garden. Our second holiday there and hope for many more.
A few niggles with fan oven and expel air, but Aspects sorted these out quickly and efficiently.

Mrs Killoran

Brilliant once again! This is our third stay at Cloud Ten, and I hope it won't be our last.
House was spotless on arrival, fresh white linen, sparkling work surfaces...excellent standard of cleaning.
It felt instantly welcoming, and our holiday began straight away (thank you so much for the welcome tray too, was very thoughtful, and most welcome after a long journey).
Great service from Aspects too.
I have no hesitation in recommending Cloud Ten as a great holiday venue.
Fabulous views (OK bit of a walk, but to be honest very easy down-hill, with the footpath right next to the house...and frequent bus service for the way back). Views are so lovely, it is worth it...and 'two' parking spaces.....gold.

Mrs Taylor

Fantastic stay @ Cloud Ten, with great views into St Ives and good walking access into the town via the steps next door to the property.
Great garden space ??
Super comfy beds
Great parking

Mrs Randell

Lovely place to stay. Excellent views of the harbour. Wonderful communal area and garden. Short walk down to the town. Good car parking for 2 large cars. Quite steep back up to property but there are buses that run every 10minutes from just across the road if needed.

Mrs Harris

Had the most wonderful stay at Cloud 10.
Beautiful holiday home for us, our little boy (4years old) and grandparents.
Spacious and open plan living area with everything we needed, terrace off from the 1st floor and sunny deck and garden below.
5 minute walk down to the hustle and bustle of St Ives , slightly longer back up the steps !
Bus stop very handy, close to the house, every 10 minutes if needed.

Mr Spong

Cloud 10 is a great place to stay. As others have said, it is located up a steep hill and the 110 steps from the town may not suit someone with limited mobility. However, the views from the lounge are great and the accomodation is excellent. Parking is brilliant and we hope to stay at Cloud 10 again when we next visit St. Ives

Mrs Love

Beautiful property with amazing views. Parking easily for 3 cars. Everything we needed for the week with a toddler even a stairgate to use. Toys in the living room and outdoor toys. There is a path right next to the property which leads straight to the town. Not pram friendly coming up but theres a slope further down which is. Yes it's quite a steep hill but to get views and parking in st ives you need to accept the up hill walk. We had a lot of cleanliness issues which Aspect are dealing with. Highly recommend aspect as a booking agent. Never had a cleaning issue before in their properties.

Ms Taylor

Absolutely loved this apartment. Incredible views, huge, spacious and beautifully furnished living area. Super comfy beds. Outdoor terrace fabulous. Really felt like a luxury apartment.

Mrs Crainey

Fantastic property, would highly recommend!!!

Miss Mellor

Cloud Ten is a stunning, private and spacious property with ample free parking, which is perfectly located just a five minute walk from St Ives centre.

The views from the upstairs living room/kitchen are incredible and well worth the walk back up the hill at the end of the day (although I wouldn’t recommend this walk to anyone who struggles with mobility as it is very steep with a lot of steps. There is, however, a bus service that runs regularly from the town up to the house).

My party and I had a fantastic stay here and are already looking to book our next trip - next time with friends, who want to stay next door in Cloud Nine!

Mrs Westwell

A fantastic property - the location and layout were perfect for us. Everything was clean, comfortable and lots of extra little touches which made it feel very homely. We hope to be back.

Mr Hooper

Cloud Ten is a great modern property with fantastic views over St Ives bay. Even more dramatic in rough weather, which we had (storm Alex). Due to storm we spent more time in but as the property is well equipped and comfortable this was not a problem. The property is situated at the top of St Ives and the town can be accessed in about 5 minutes via a lot of steps. Please note the return trip takes about 3 hours up the steps ?? but a bus is available which stops just down the road from the property.

Miss Brayshaw

We had a fabulous time at Cloud 10, the location was perfect for Porthminster, Porthmeor and the harbour beaches. There are numerous steps down from the property into the town which can be tough on the way back up but it’s possible to follow the less steep roads. We were a family of 5 and there was ample room inside and out and it was very comfortable. The views from the floor to ceiling windows and veranda are fabulous and the gas barbecue was a much welcome added extra. Would definitely recommend and will definitely stay again.

Mr Johnson

Nice open plan house in good location.
Steep climb from town should be mentioned in the details.

Mrs Killoran

We really enjoyed our at Cloud Ten, thank you very much.
We were family of 6, includes 2 children under 9....all of us very comfortable and happy in the house.
The children loved their bunk beds. The books were very appreciated too.
There is everything you could need here; loads of crockery, kitchen equipment, washing machine etc..
Comfortable beds, very spacious living. Very comfortable fyi outside furniture too.
Brilliant location, once used to steps ...lol....but bus and taxi back from town very easy to come by.
Views are excellent!
House was spotless, very clean indeed.
Very pleased, thank you. Would definitely recommend.

Mrs Nightingale

What a beautiful bolthole in St Ives. We had a fabulous week in Cornwall which was made even more special by staying at Cloud Ten with its stunning out look over the sea through a floor to ceiling window.

The property is located on one of the highest points of St Ives with either a network of stairs or roads to get you straight into the centre of St Ives within 10-15 minutes.

Having a property with parking for 2-3 cars was also a rare find and extremely useful.

The house is well kitted out for all the family including two young children with plenty of space and the essentials such as high chairs, cots, cutlery, bowls as well as toys, books, dvds and netflix.

We will definitely be booking again.

Ms Douglas

Absolutely stunning property. All furniture and appliances were top quality. The house was immaculate on arrival & the welcome treats were a bonus. Great location with stunning views. Steps down to the centre were right next to the house. Cosy and relaxing. Would recommend to groups of friends, families and couples.

Mrs Mountford

Cloud Ten surpassed our expectations and although we knew it would be good it was far better than the photos and description.

The convenience of having the buses right outside was fantastic and very cheap.

The house is beautifully decorated and our children (11, 8 and 2) enjoyed all the added perks from Netflicks to the ride on car outside. It was a win win for us!

We loved it so much that my partner proposed to me in the living room looking at the view. It will be a special favourite of ours now.

Mrs Thomas

Cloud Ten is a beautiful property with amazing views of St Ives Harbour. We loved the huge space of the open kitchen and living area on the 1st floor which was made even better by opening up the 2 huge bi-fold doors. Stunning to sit there in the evening looking out to the sunset. Literally everything is provided for a comfortable home from home stay, from a fully stacked kitchen including a blender, washing machine and tumble drier to lots of toys and childrens books which are all available to use. It was great to have the garden and decking area and of course the barbeque.
Location is stunning, as you are away from the bustle of St Ives centre, but only a 10 minute walk away if you use the steps. Bear in mind that it is a fairly steep walk from the beaches, you can use steps (around a 10 minute walk) or stick to the road which takes longer but an easier option if you have a pushchair. There are also regular buses from outside the leisure centre (which is just a 2 minute walk from Cloud Ten) down to the centre of St Ives which is £1 per adult. We would usually walk down the hill and then get the bus back home! It was great to have the leisure centre just a 2 minute walk away and the nearest Co Op was also a few minutes walk away, past the leisure centre.
I wouldn't recommend this property for anyone with mobility issues due to the location and that the living area is on the first floor, but it is perfect for couples or families! Would definitely recommend staying here!

Mr Sands

The property was very clean well equipped with super views, but we had a host of teething problems - aspects were very helpful when we flagged anything with them.
