Mr Wright

Fantastic property in the centre of St ives close to everything, the property was well equipped and clean

Miss Underwood

Lovely little cottage with the added bonus of outdoor space to the front which was very private. It’s perfect for 2 people and a dog it’s got everything you could need for staying in and cooking or the convenience of being right in the centre of town for eating out. It’s very quiet too. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. I recommend booking a car park space at the RUFC car park as it’s very difficult to park in town on the council options. Lovley walk to the cottage, then you can get a bus/taxi back up the hill when it’s time to go home.

Ms Clements

Loved the location and cottage. Very comfortable, clean and cosy. The cottage might be small, but it's light and sunny and the kitchen, lounge and bedrooms are good sizes. The bathroom is a little smaller, but it's perfect for a week away. Cute welcome treats plus tea towels, washing up liquid, dishwasher tabs, washing tabs, beds made and bathroom towels to start off the week. Just off the side of the high street, making it easy to get everywhere. I look forward to staying again.

Mr Sugrue

Chy Sunny was a perfect, wonderfully central, winter cottage and the fire made it all very cosy. We loved the real paintings of St Ives - they added something extra for us. The Kitchen was a large comfortable bonus too. We would recommend it.

Not our best holiday with aspects due to the condition of the property

Mrs Walker-Holloway

- Cute and quirky ??
- Fab location ??
- Lovely little outside patio/seating area ??
- Access to a hose to wash sandy dog and feet off ??
- Outside area had space to dry washing ??
- Cosy lounge area with nice furnishings/art ??
- The WiFi was mostly good with just the odd day when it didn't work that well ??
- Great kitchen/diner space which included washer/dishwasher/dryer/microwave/oven/fridge freezer/toaster and DAB radio. Also there was a good selection of kitchen utensils/pans/baking dishes/ice trays/dog bowls/cleaning products/washing rack/iron and small iron board/lovely plates and bowls ??
- Lovely clean bed linen/towels ??
- Lovely friendly locals/neighbours ??
- Aspects always happy to help with any queries ??
- Lots of mirrors/hair dryer ??
- The bedrooms/bathroom and living space are compact (as stated) we feel a little tight for 4 adults to stay comfortably however this is our personal preference.

Mr Lamb

Overall we loved our stay at Chy Sunny. It is a very quaint, cosy cottage tucked away just off of Fore Street, a prime location for the shops, restaurants etc and you can be on the beach within about 3 minutes too. Please note that it is a tricky property to get to for arriving and departing (if you are traveling by car) when we arrived, Fore Street was very busy and we were unable to stop and drop our stuff off meaning we had to carry our bags etc quite a long way from the car park. Once we had everything in the location was perfect. The little outside area and storage were really helpful.
Please also be aware that this isn't a property for any one over 6ft due to its being a small, traditional cottage. I could only just fit under the shower head and some of the ceilings are quite low.
Another thing to note was that there weren't any child friendly cups, plates, bowls etc. We didn't pack any as assumed it would be child friendly due to the bunk beds etc.

We did really love our stay in St Ives just a few pointers for anyone else looking to stay here with a family.

Mr Kane

Beautiful cottage, well furnished and tasteful decorations. Lovely little home from home in a great location. Would definitely return

Mrs Shelton

Lovely little quirky cottage.
Lovely location.
Little bit tight upstairs & steep stairs (not for the faint hearted) but immaculate & has everything you need.
St ives at its best really.

Mrs Hyde
