Tucked away just a few minutes’ stroll from the cobbled streets in the heart of St Ives, 9 Bullans Terrace offers a comfortable base from which to explore this bustling harbour town, and your four-legged friend is very welcome too.
Inside, you’ll find a compact, yet thoughtfully designed, galley-style kitchen alongside a snug, welcoming, living area to relax in after a day of exploring. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms to choose from; the king-size master offers glimpses of the sea across the rooftops, and a second bedroom with bunk beds is ideal for children but can be used by adults should they wish.
Outside you'll find the decking area, which is a real little sun trap, offering the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee, linger over a lazy al fresco lunch in the Cornish sunshine, or simply unwind with a good book. With the towns' shops, cafés, and restaurants all just a short walk away and the golden sands of one of St Ives’ five beaches within easy reach, this cosy bolthole is ideally placed for making the most of your time by the coast!

Really lovely little property and very clean .
The location is just a stones throw away from the town centre & local beaches.
Lovely garden and outdoor seating area to enjoy .
Gorgeous views from the front bedroom and very peaceful… just what we needed .
Dog friendly property which was a must for us wanting to take our four legged friend .
Would highly recommend this property & will be visiting again .

We (family of 4 and a dog) had a great time. The garden was a great addition and was a really friendly and quiet residential street with lovely neighbours that made you feel welcome. The house had everything you needed. Would highly recommend.
