This is one of my favourite houses. We have been here 3 times. Good quality kitchen & bathrooms & lovely showers. Comfy beds & 2 sitting rooms. Lovely sea views from top floor & 2nd bedroom. TV no longer in 2nd bedroom, just master bedroom but kitchen & lounges have TV’s all with Netflix & iplayer etc.. Found the stairs a bit hard on my knees this year, 4 flights can be hard. I’m 49 & my mom is 74. The car also got scratched as well due to the narrow entrance. We have a Hyundai Tucson but will park in the top car park or one on opposite side of road next time. (Within walking distance). 10 minutes walk from the town as well. All in all a really nice family home I could live in!

Trenwith place is just perfect, well equipped with everything you will need.
Has lots of space, 2 living rooms a bonus.
3 bathrooms and a toilet on bottom floor was really great.
The bedroom on the top floor had a lovely view to the harbour, the bedroom underneath had a similar view.
I’d definitely recommend this house and would happily return.

Really nice place we'll equipped with 3 bathrooms inc showers, in great location can't fault it.

Only concern was the parking which was very tight for larger cars / mpvs plus the shared lane to the house was very narrow.

We had a wonderful week in St Ives - the property was perfect for our family of 5 plus doggy, and the parking space, though tight, fit our small car in perfectly and was a real bonus. The location is really central - easy walk to town, or any of the beaches. The house itself has a really calming feel and has everything you could need and more! We all enjoyed the games room and playing together on the wii in the evenings. This was our first visit to St Ives and we loved it, only wish we had another week! We will definitely be returning next year. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great location just a short stroll from the cobbled streets and harbour.
The parking is great right outside the door, it is a tight spot to get in but a real bonus.

This is a lovely house with a parking space (a bit tight but we have managed before). Loved the goodies & Prosecco left for us. It has plenty of space & smart TV’s. My son loved the Wii game in the 2nd lounge. Bathrooms on every floor. 4 floors can be hard work so you need to be fit & able. Beautiful views of the town & sea from the top floor bedroom. Could do with a dressing table on top floor though. Nowhere to put your make up or personal items. Would definitely stay again.

Gorgeous house in an excellent location a few minutes walk into the centre. The heating was very effective (we had the coldest weather for 14 years, apparently!) Our Mini Countryman fitted perfectly in the parking space, but I wouldn’t want to try a bigger car! It is well equipped and felt like home. We really enjoyed our stay there.

We absolutely loved this house. There was plenty of space & the views from top floor were amazing! Bring your binoculars! Parking space a bonus (we have a Hyundai Tucson) and we just managed to get in. WC on every floor! Quality fittings, comfy beds & 2 sitting rooms! Already booked for next year! See you in June!

Loved staying at 8 Trenwith Place. The location was perfect, really close to the centre, but quiet as well. Parking space was a bonus, although a little tight getting down. The house was gorgeous, and decor was lovely. Very homely but modern. Well equipped kitchen. 2 lounges to choose from and bedrooms were spacious and light. Great views from the attack bedroom over St. Ives. Would highly recommend.

Lovely property in an ideal location, gives easy access to all St. Ives has to offer. We’ve stayed many times in St.Ives over the years and this was probably the best house we’ve had. Watch your head in top floor bedroom, plenty have walked into the ceiling over the bed. Ours included ????

We were really looking forward to our holiday as with the cost of living crisis we had all saved for this.
How disappointed we were. Very dirty in places.
Not at all what I expect from Aspects.
I stayed with Aspects 3 years ago and I wasn’t impressed then but I thought give it another chance.
Positives….great location, parking, large family kitchen. Lots of toilets.
Negatives….lots of narrow staircases, dryer didn’t work. Dishwasher leaked. Dirty cushions throws etc.

Lovely property, well equipped with a parking space which was a godsend. Excellent location as close to the town and beach. Fantastic number of bathrooms. There is a small gated outside area which houses a table and chairs, airer and outside shower. This area is shaded which was a nice welcome break from the sun. Lovely restaurants close by, Scoff Troff Cafe and The Hub were our favourite places.

Beautiful house! Lots of Space for a large family, Beds were so comfortable , master bedroom on top floor was amazing , very relaxing space with great view of the sea, loved the kettle and fridge upstairs too .
So handy having the parking space, we had a Peugeot 2008 and managed to fit the car into it fine..Loved the outdoor hot shower … so good after a day at the beach with wetsuits etc ..

Spacious and well equipped multi floor accommodation, lots of room for a family
Loft room had amazing views of St Ives and a great place to sit and relax
Lots of stairs as expected but with a baby or restricted mobility was challenging at times
Parking space more suitable for a smaller modern car, very tight and accurate manoeuvring required, we used local car park in the end
Comfy beds everyone slept well

ideal location near the centre of st. ives.
a very tight car parking space at the rear of the property ,but its a bonus.
i wouldnt recommend it if you struggle with mobility as its very hilly, and within the property, its steep stairs on four floors.
the property is very spacious, with three lovely bedrooms and four toilet/bathrooms! the top floor bedroom has amazing views of the town centre and sea.
there are two lounges also,with quite formal seating....i would of preferred more comfy,lounging furniture to relax on.
four tvs and games console also, excellent!
we spent most of the time in the beautiful kitchen/diner in the basement.

Lovely property in a fantastic location! Parking is tricky but once you’ve sussed it you’re fine. Festive decorations were a lovely touch as was the welcome hamper. Perfect for 4 adults and a dog with plenty of spare space. So close to shops/ restaurants/ takeaways and the beautiful harbour. Would stay again.

A lovely, comfortable house with everything you could want for a relaxing break. A short walk into town or to the beach and close to shops as well - really convenient. Parking space is tight but we actually found turning our car (Grand C-Max) in the lane harder than getting into the space itself - be prepared for a multi-point turn! Lovely to find a property which welcomes dogs & our black lab had a great time on the beach! We’ve used Aspects for over 20 years to find holiday properties in St Ives & Carbis Bay & they’ve never let us down. Another great find - we’ll be back!

The property is in an ideal location and very good value for money. The outside shower was a godsend as was having three bathrooms. Our favourite place in the home was the large kitchen with ample seating where we spent most evenings. I do feel that the home would benefit from a larder fridge as the one in the home was rather small. However overall we were chuffed at being able to book and the parking space wad an additional bonus. We loved the home so much that I have just reserved for two weeks next year and am elated that there was sudden availability. Countdown has begun!!

Great location to explore St Ives. Parking was a huge bonus and we were able to venture further a field. House was lovely but you need to be quite fit to undertake the 3 flight of stairs. Would definitely recommend for family with a dog would have booked again if it was available.

A beautifully decorated and modern house with plenty of space for you to relax. The kitchen is particularly spacious and well equipped with everything appliance and utensil you could wish for. The location was excellent with a short walk to the beaches and town, which came in handy when exercising the dog before the beach curfew for dogs commences at 10am! The only downside was parking at the property which has a narrow access road, restricted turning area and small space to park, particularly if you have a larger car. But overall, I would thoroughly recommend this accommodation and would stay here again.

What can I say we loved this place, would definitely stay here again with the family! Came down for my mums 50th birthday and have had an fantastic week.

Love the fact the home is so spacious, lots of amenities and places to escape to ( different rooms within the house) for when the family can annoy you haha! :)

We will be definitely stays here again! Well worth the 600+ mile round trip! Not our first time we have stayed with aspects can’t fault the company.

Will be letting friends and family know about this holiday let!

A beautiful house, in a great location. Central to the town & beach & the house has everything you need . The top bedroom has an amazing view of the beach & harbour. The home furnishings are very tasteful, a real home from home .I would return again in a heartbeat .

The property was absolutely perfect. A real home away from home. The kitchen was stunning and very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The property was decorated beautifully for Christmas for us and the welcome packs, chocolates and dog treats were an amazing touch. The bedroom at the top and the view that goes with are unbelievable!!! The property is only five minutes walk to the harbour too.
Only word of caution is that the property is set over four floors and some of the stairs are steep and narrow, so take care.
The parking space we found to be fine. The entry to the road is tight, and we had to drive to the end, turn around and come back to pull in to it, but all fine. We drive a C-Max and managed perfectly fine.
Would I recommend the property? YES! Would I come back? TAKE MY MONEY!!!

Wonderful property, very clean, well equipped and very comfortable! Do be prepared for the number of stairs but the ground floor is a nice space to use in itself so not an issue really. Location is just perfect. Make sure you check out Porthmeor beach as well as the harbour. Bonus points for so many restaurants offering a full take away menu, not limited to pizza and curry etc, would recommend Peppers Italian and Beer and Bird for lovely food whether eating in or out. We had a perfect stay all round, family of 4 and 1 dog :)

This cottage is a great find, is very comfortable and the owners have put a lot of thought into the decor and to the details e.g. the beds are comfortable, 3 shower rooms (one including a bath), a loo on each floor (luxury!) there is more than enough space for 6 people including children who wont be bored, there are games, books to read and it is very near to everything in St Ives. The welcome pack was an added bonus and gratefully received. We had a fab time which was definitely enhanced by the cottage and we would have no hesitation in booking this cottage again.

Aspects were very helpful, answered any questions we had and kept in touch.

We would recommend this cottage to anyone although be mindful that it is over 4 floors.
