2nd stay at this property, lovely house, clean and roomy in an excellent location. Aspects are friendly and helpful, looking forward to our next holiday with them.

Mrs Yeoman

We have just returned from a stay at Trenwith Place and it was absolutely lovely. Fab accommodation, only improvement would be dressing table/mirror near plug sockets for getting ready (as a lady at least!) but otherwise found the beds to be super comfortable, lovely seating area and great little kitchen. The car park is public behind the property with a steep set of steps, so may not be great for those with limited mobility, but was fine for us and whilst it was a very busy car park we did manage to park each time we needed to!
5 minute walk to the harbour and maybe 10 coming back as uphill, but all very close by. Would happily return!! Thank you for a great stay in St Ives!

Mrs Fildes

We had a wonderful stay in the beautiful town of St Ives, made more enjoyable by the gorgeous property in which we were staying. This beautifully decorated house has 3 large bedrooms, 2 of which had zip-link beds allowing a choice between twin beds or super king size, all with plenty of storage and 2 with views over the town and sea. It is a very comfortable and spacious property with lots of thoughtful touches and much attention to detail. The bathroom has a large sink with storage, wc, separate bath and large shower. There is also a separate wc next to it and another downstairs. There is a lovely outside area with a summerhouse and outdoor dining furniture which would be perfect for al fresco dining, weather permitting! We would definitely stay here again and would recommend.

Mrs BEANGE

Fantastic house. Central location. Welcome gift was a lovely touch, especially arriving to find milk for coffee/tea after a long journey. Beautifully decorated, modern bathroom and 3 toilets which is perfect when all trying to get ready to head out at the same time. Lots of facilities provided , including a hairdryer which is not mentioned on the website. Garden gorgeous but it has steep steps leading up to it, steeper than it appears on the website.
Definitely hope to return!

Ms Farrington

Beautiful house in excellent location, very clean and great finishing touches, really appreciate the chess board and games - especially on a rainy weekend. Car parking just behind the house. Had a couple of issues on arrival but the house keeper was sent and all sorted within a couple of hours - excellent customer service from Aspects and 24 hours if required - there is also a shop in the town.
Comfy with all utilities required, highly recommended and will definitely return.

Mrs Skelding

Brilliant service from start to finish. Easy to book and great information provided, lovely property in great location, walk into town in less than 10mins. Beautiful beaches within a short walking distance. Lovely property with everything you would need. Spacious and comfy bedrooms. The kitchen was well equipped and the garden has gorgeous views. Very clean and family friendly. What’s not to like about this house. We can’t wait to come back.
