2 Green Court

Great place to stay, apartment is in a great location. Taxi rank opposite and shops and restaurants nearby.
Recommend, Peppers, Firehouse (Buttermilk pork ribs!) and Talay Thai at the harbour!
Harbour not far to walk.
We found the apartment had everything we needed, very roomy. The beds were very comfortable.
Very nicely decorated, had a lovely welcome pack when we arrived. It was great to have a parking space, we would just order a taxi to take us to the rugby club where the car park is.
Would recommend this lovely place to stay in beautiful St Ives.

An absolute gem of a place right in the middle of St Ives.

There is not a single item that you could think of that isn't already in the apartment and all the kitchen utensils and gadgets you could need!

We had a wonderful week and would not hesitate to book again.

Great apartment. It has everything you need, even beach chairs & a windbreaker.
A little noisy at night but it certainly didn’t bother us.

The good points: the apartment is in a great location and is very comfortable for a family. It’s well appointed and had everything we needed for our two weeks in St Ives. We didn’t struggle with the street noise as some have mentioned.

The bad points: the noise from the tenants in the apartment above, however, was awful. Over the weekend especially, we had to endure music so loud it was vibrating through the floor and shouting from what I can only assume was a party until 4am. The level of noise woke up our children and kept us awake until the early hours.

We have used Aspects Holidays for years and have always been happy with the properties we have rented, but we would not return to 2 Green Court.

Property in great location to the town and beaches but can be noisy at times. Well equipped. Nice welcome package. Comfortable beds. Dog friendly.

The property could do with a good clean. Smaller bedroom more suited for a family stay with small children rather than a 4 adults. Allocated parking at the rugby club is a very steep walk and may not be suitable for everyone.

We enjoyed our stay at 2 Green Court. The flat is decorated beautifully and everything is very high end.
Only downside it can be noisy but that’s as expected as it is on a pretty busy road.

2 Green Court is in a great location in the centre of the hustle and bustle of St ives. The rooms are spacious and beds are really comfortable. The information provided to help us during our arrival and stay was just right and the welcome goodies an added bonus. I raised a question I already had the answer to but I still got an immediate and helpful reply. Excellent

If you don't want to have to navigate 3 lots of steps to get up to this property then narrow hallway,don't book it..The sofa in this property is too firm ect to be comfortable after a long day of activities and exploration..Other than that it's good being close to restaurants and shops but noisy when they had live entertainment across the road.Its amusing waving at passengers on double decker buses as they pass and waved back as the window is at the perfect height.. Don't leave the blind too open if you're not dressed in the morning.

Beautiful apartment in centre of St Ives . Close to everything and comfortable to stay in . However busy area , lovely to be in the midst of it all .
