Excellent property in an outstanding location looking over the harbour and island. It is just a short walk to all the shops, beaches, bus and railway station. There is everything you need in this property to make your stay amazing. I have stayed here before and will do again. Highly recommended

Stayed at 2 fernlea Court,

Highly recommend for anyone. You have magnificent views of the harbour. Has everything you could need for your holiday.

Bonus of having a washer dryer meant to be could wash clothes so didn’t have to pack as much.

Bathroom was a nice size too with a massive shower.

Not far from the town so able to get to places easily if you wanted to walk to town or bus & train station nearly so you could venture out further if you wanted.

Absolutely recommend booking with Aspects Holidays as the transaction from booking to staying was effortless.

One of the best locations in St Ives. The view's of St Ives harbour are absolutely fantastic and to be able to enjoy breakfast outside on the veranda overlooking the harbour beats other property's hands down!

I love this property. The location is outstanding looking over the harbour, shops etc but it’s also really quiet. Close to railway station, car park and beaches. Fully equipped and clean and tidy. Area to sit outside and gaze at the lovely view. Highly recommended.

Excellent location looking over the harbour but also very quiet. Located close to the shops, restaurants, beaches and station car park, railway and bus station. Quality facilities and towels, bed linen etc. The sofa is different from the one on the Aspects site and is modern and extremely comfortable. I have stayed here before and have already booked for again. Highly recommended.

Lovely property with excellent quality facilities. Location is amazing overlooking the harbour but it is also very quiet. Convenient for shops, beaches and car park. I’ve already booked to stay again. Highly recommended

This is a fabulous apartment, very clean and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Absolutely perfect location, easy walk into the town and back and a brilliant view of beautiful St Ives Harbour. We will would love to return.

Amazing apartment in fantastic location, with beautiful views of the harbour. Loved being able to pop to Moomaid for an ice-cream.
Spotlessly clean and well-equipped. Beautifully decorated. The huge closet was brilliant and the rainfall shower was fabulous. Nice to be able to freshen up towels with the washing machine. Very comfy bed. Lovely fluffy bath towels.
Loved sitting on the balcony with a drink on an evening. Great selection of books in the apartment, enjoyed reading The Bay. Our boys enjoyed looking at the shell collection in the coffee table. A wonderful week and would definitely stay again.

2 Fernlea Court is in an excellent location with lovely views of the harbour. It's better for one couple only.

We absolutely love the location of this property. We have stayed here and also at No 1 Fernlea previously. The view of the harbour and having outside space are the real bonuses. The property itself is so well equipped, the kitchen has everything that you could need for a holiday. The apartment is also always spotlessly clean. Hats off to the lovely cleaners:). Super comfy bed and excellent storage for a small apartment so coats/shoes can all be easily stored away. The new decking is also an improvement as the outside area looks much smarter now. We will definitely stay here again.

Excellent location with a breathtaking view over the harbour. Close to shops and beach. Outstanding property with everything you need for a lovely holiday. We really enjoyed our holiday and can’t wait to return.

Everything you would need is in the apartment, so all you need to bring is your clothes. Parking is a problem in St Ives but we parked at the Leisure centre which cost £111 for 2 weeks.

A very well located property with everything you would need.

A lovely holiday booked through a helpful and efficient company. The property is well situated for all amenities but set back enough to enjoy some peace and quiet too. It was very clean and comfortable, everything we needed for our holiday. The building work in an adjacent property did not impact on us at all. Would definitely recommend both the property and Aspects Holidays and will book again in future.

We have stayed in one of these apartments on a few occasions now and love the location was well as the comfort.

Some of the facilities are a little warn and dated but the feel of the apartment is so lovely.

Fernlea is in an excellent position with fantastic views of the harbour and close proximity to all the shops,restaurants and beaches in the town.
It is also only a short walking distance to the buses allowing easy travel out of town to visit other places.
There is everything you could possibly need provided for within the apartment.
The milk, teabags, coffee and sugar provided was a nice extra touch.
My only complanit would be that the sofa bed is not really suitable for adult use but maybe a good quality mattress topper could solve this - otherwise EVERYTHING was EXCELLENT.
I have added the property to my favourites on Aspects shortlist and would love to stay there again.

Perfectly situated top of town .
Even in the rain the view was beautiful.
Dropping luggage of a bit tricky best to catch the train or drop off at the top of the road.

Apartment had everything you could need for your holiday. Washing machine, dishwasher, iron and board, hair drier, you really don't need to bring anything other than your clothes, the deck and view were a big plus, would not hesitate to book any of the three apartments again.

Really great flat. Excellent value for money. Can't beat the view but the shower and comfy bed nearly did! Will definitely be staying again.

You will be hard pressed to find a company, property, location and experience that is as good as this.
It was clean, comfortable, well supplied and felt like home immediately. We would definately come back to this exact property. It's one of those places you imagine yourself relocating too very happily.

We absolutely loved staying at 2 Fernlea Court. The apartment was wonderfully clean, well equipped and we had a lovely welcome pack including tea and coffee which was a great touch. And the view is just lovely! We would happily stay here again

Fantastic property for a couples stay in St Ives. Perfect location with just a 5 minute walk to wonderful Porthminster Beach cafe and easy access to town and south west coast path- we didn’t need to use the car at all. Beautifully furnished and fabulous balcony for coffee/wine with breathtaking views over the harbour.

Great location close to all amenities, beach , pubs, restaurants & views were stunning. Beautiful apartment, well equipped & the bed was so comfy we slept like logs every night. Loved the outside space was lovely to have breakfast there & great spot in the evening with a glass of wine.

We very much enjoyed our stay with our Aspects property and we felt fully equipped to enjoy our holiday. The bed was super comfortable and spacious and the doors sound proofed as we heard no outside noise. Overall a very relaxing holiday thank you Aspects

Another fantastic stay at 2 Fernlea court! The stunning view and well equipped kitchen make for the perfect holiday. Tucked out the way and quiet but close enough to the shops that you don't feel too far away!

A lovely clean and spacious flat with everything you would expect at home.
It is tremendously quiet and peaceful and yet very close to town centre/ shops/ beaches.
We stayed for two weeks but could happily of stayed a month!
Spotlessly clean with every thing you need - even down to a bottle of milk, jar of coffee, box of tea bags, and a bag of sugar - nice little touch.

Perfect location and amazing accommodation. 5 minutes walk into St.Ives where there is plenty to see and do and many great restaurants and coffee shops. Highly recommended. Will definitely be coming back!

Had an absolutely lovely week at Fernlea and will definitely be coming back again! I especially loved the open plan lay out and the well equipt kitchen. It was so close to everything but out the way enough to be quiet and the views just complete it!

Fab apartment, well equipped. It is in and excellent location, quiet of a night with not many people passing yet a 2 minute walk down the hill and you have everything! Lovely place.
