Carrick Bay Apartment is a stylishly appointed single level ground floor self-catering apartment in Port St Mary, Isle of Man. Guests can experience the spectacular views stretching across Port St Mary bay all the way towards Castletown and the Langness peninsula.

The open-plan living area which extends round to the kitchen is comfortable and the large shuttered windows allow plenty of natural light in to the apartment, making it an especially pleasant area to socialise in. The apartment features two bedrooms, one king-size and one twin, and two bathrooms with walk-in showers, one of which is an en-suite.

Carrick Bay Apartment is perfect for a small family or group looking to enjoy the south of the Isle of Man. From Port St Mary harbour you can enjoy a boat trip to the Calf of Man, a small island and nature reserve off the islands south westerly tip. There is also the Raad ny Foillan, the islands coastal footpath. This is just minutes from Carrick Bay Apartment's front door, perfect for your dog(s) should you wish to bring them (maximum 2 well behaved dogs).

Port St Mary itself is a great base for holiday with a good range of places to eat and drink less than 5 minutes walk from the apartment, shops and a regular bus service connecting the airport and Douglas, with 3 services an hour during peak times. For something more traditional you can hop on the Isle of Man Steam Railway from Port St Mary station and head to Castletown or Douglas.

Accessibility: This is a ground floor apartment with two walk-in showers. There are two steps up into the property from the front and steps down to access the property from the rear private car park.

Damage: Important! We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we now take a £35 fee from each booking as a damage waiver. This is included in the price you pay and covers you for up to £500 worth of accidental damages to the property that could occur whilst you are staying.

The apartment was OK but the steps to the rear of the property which lead to the parking space were not suitable for anyone with walking issues. The ensuit shower room attached to the main bedroom is very small the shower door does not open fully. Nor was there much room between the side of the bed and the ward robe. The bathroom window did not shut. The fan over the hob sounded like a jetplan.
