Surfside is a delightful coastal cottage with spectacular views. Central position within Port Erin gives immediate access to amenities, restaurants and bars. The conservatory and enclosed outdoor area provides seclusion. Ideal location for walking and enjoying the scenery. We are open all year with convenient parking, central heating and a log burning fire. The property comes prepared with all you need for the log burner to ensure a cozy and comfortable stay. Linen & towels are provided, washing & ironing facilities are available as is use of the small outdoor space. Range of DVDs, books, games and deck chairs are available for guests use. The lounge has an integrated TV/DVD/CD with iPod docking station, and a portable radio/CD player is available.
The main lounge and dining area is charming, spacious and comfortable, and the period pine flooring here and on the rest of the first floor provides an authentic country cottage feel.

Accessibility: This property is spread over two floors. Stairs to the lower floor are quite steep and therefore would not be suitable for someone with very limited mobility.
Damage: Important! We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we now take a £35 fee from each booking as a damage waiver. This is included in the price you pay and covers you for up to £500 worth of accidental damages to the property that could occur whilst you are staying.

The accommodation was fantastic and had everything you would need and a great location however parking is very much an issue there are a few parking spaces on the beach walk but these are in constant use by other members of the public using the beach, on numerous occasions we had to park somewhere else and then move the car once a space became available which on a few occasions was late at night, constantly checking for spaces to move the car to when they became available is not good.
