Reviews
Round Table House stands high above the rolling countryside of Ronague, a remarkable retreat where contemporary style meets the character of a much-loved home. Its elevated position provides wonderful far-reaching views across the surrounding fields towards Castletown, Langness, Ronaldsway and the southern coastline.

A winding country road leads you to the house, where the sense of space and countryside begins before you've even stepped through the door. Inside, carefully considered interiors, original stonework, rich colours and characterful features create a home that feels both stylish and wonderfully inviting.

At the heart of the property is the open-plan kitchen and dining area, designed for bringing everyone together. The well-equipped kitchen sits alongside a generous dining table with bench seating, creating a sociable space for everything from relaxed breakfasts to memorable evening meals.

Leading from the kitchen are two separate living areas, giving larger families and groups plenty of space to spread out. One has a cosy, atmospheric feel with comfortable seating, a large log burner and TV with soundbar, while the second is lighter and more relaxed - perfect for conversation, reading or simply finding a quiet corner to unwind.

Bi-fold doors lead from the dining area into the enclosed rear garden. Here you'll find a furnished patio beneath a pergola, a fire pit and attractive planting around the garden - a lovely setting for long summer evenings, outdoor dining or simply relaxing after a day exploring the Manx countryside.

Upstairs are four beautifully presented bedrooms, each featuring a superking bed, three of which can also be configured as twin beds if required. Bedroom 2 has its own private balcony, where you can sit with a morning coffee and enjoy gorgeous views across neighbouring fields and towards Port St Mary, Langness and the south of the Island.

The master bedroom provides perhaps the biggest surprise of all. Hidden behind a full-height bookshelf, a secret doorway reveals a wonderfully private bedroom complete with superking bed, TV and a stylish en-suite. A remotely operated Velux window sits above the bed, while the dark, atmospheric en-suite features a walk-in rainfall shower.

The family bathroom is equally stylish, with a walk-in rainfall shower and distinctive deep bath. Throughout the upper floor, original features have been thoughtfully retained, including former fireplaces in two of the bedrooms, adding another layer of character to this unique home.

Whether you're taking in the views with your morning coffee, setting out for a countryside walk, enjoying a summer evening in the garden or gathering around the log burner when the Manx weather rolls in, Round Table House is a wonderful place to spend time together.

Stylish, spacious and full of personality, this pet-friendly rural retreat makes a memorable escape for families and friends at any time of year.
