Come and enjoy a well deserved break at this contemporary retreat, which serves up the perfect blend of countryside calm and coastal charm. Set in the rolling fields of Cornwall's "Forgotten Corner", it's only a ten minute wander down to the utterly charming twin villages of Kingsand and Cawsand.

Take your days at a gentler pace. Start with a leisurely breakfast on the decking, wander the grounds with birdsong for company, take a dip in the indoor pool or challenge each other to a set or two of tennis before heading out to explore. Whether you're in the mood for lazy moments, gentle adventures or full days out, this very special corner of Cornwall is sure to delight.

Set all on one level inside, the open plan living area is bright, modern and wonderfully easy-going, inviting you to make the most of time together. Large patio doors and a wide picture window frame the countryside beyond, drawing you out to the generous decking. It's a space that naturally becomes the heart of your stay, with views drifting across the fields towards the spire of the church at Rame. It's the perfect spot for morning coffee, long lazy lunches in the sunshine, lounging in the sun with a good book or evenings spent watching the sun set at the end of the day.

And when the sun finally sets and bedtime calls, the two bedrooms offer calm, peaceful spaces to unwind. Each one gives you a cosy corner to retreat to, and with all that fresh air it won't be long before you're drifting into a deep, easy sleep.
