With creekside views where you can watch the tide ebb and flow this cottage is the perfect escape. Tucked away in the heart of the charming creekside village of Devoran, this beautifully restored cottage is only moments from the tidal creek, pretty footpaths and the welcoming local pub. This stylish coastal retreat offers the perfect blend of tranquility, charm and comfort for you and your pooch.

Parking up you find yourself in the south-facing garden overlooking the creek, follow the path leading to your pretty cottage which is ever so quaint. Step inside and you'll find a beautifully designed interior flooded with natural light. The open plan living space has been thoughtfully laid out for easy holiday living - a well-equipped kitchen, space to dine, and a cosy sitting-area complete with a wood-burner for those snug evenings in, all with under-floor heating. The kitchen has a lovely electric Esse which is super easy to use but really looks the part. Enjoy long relaxing meals around the table where there is plenty of space for four guests to catch up with each other. The light and bright sitting-area has fabulous bi-fold doors open out to a sun-drenched terrace where you can sit and soak up the peaceful setting with a morning coffee or evening glass of wine.

Upstairs, there are two elegant double bedrooms with vaulted ceilings and exposed beams - a touch of rustic charm balanced with crisp linens and calm tones. Wake to gentle birdsong and ever-changing estuary views, just bliss. The principal bedroom has a king-size bed, a luxurious walk-in wardrobe for all your holiday clobber and a Juliet balcony with a beautiful outlook. The second bedroom has 'zip and link' beds which can be set up as a super-king or twin beds and the stylish family shower-room can be found on this floor too.

Outside, the south-facing garden is enclosed and wonderfully private, making it a lovely spot to enjoy the sunshine. There's even private parking - a rare treat in such a sought-after spot. Once you close the electric gate your outside space becomes fully enclosed and so private - your own little oasis to watch the tide ebb and flow. Please be mindful of the headroom of the archway into the cottage parking space.
