In the heart of the historic yet trendy town of Penryn and only a five minute drive to Falmouth is this perfect bolthole for two. Named one of the best towns to live in in the South West by the Sunday Times, we are sure you will enjoy discovering what this pretty location has to offer.

Tucked away down a charming little street in the historic centre of the town, Little Blue is such a peaceful terraced property. One granite step takes you over the threshold where you are met with a light and airy entrance with plenty of room for your holiday essentials. To your left is the sitting/dining-room which overlooks the pretty courtyard garden; enjoy long relaxing breakfasts basking in the morning sun and in the evening snuggle up on the sofa in front of the wood-burner after a day exploring.

The little kitchen has everything you might need to create a feast and has a fabulous ground coffee machine to make the perfect morning brew. The kitchen opens onto the sunny courtyard garden which catches the sun throughout the day in the summer months. Upstairs you will find the pretty bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom is at the rear of the house to ensure peace and quiet for your holiday slumber and again catches the morning sun, so enjoy a cup of Cornish tea in bed before you start the day. The bathroom is perfect for a relaxing soak in the tub after a day exploring but also has a handy overhead shower to refresh you after your night's sleep.

Outside you'll find the good sized courtyard garden, quite the sun-trap in the summer months, perhaps perch on the bench against the house for a coffee at the start of the day, or head up a couple of steps to the main patio where you can enjoy long lunches. The owner has provided a charcoal barbecue so you can cook up some local produce, such as fresh fish from Seabourne Fish in the town, or something yummy from Baileys Country Store farm shop.

While there isn't any parking at Little Blue you can drive down the narrow street (only suitable for small and medium-sized cars) and stop outside to unload your luggage. There is on street parking in Penryn or a car park only 200 yards from the house.
