Nestled amongst rolling countryside on the outskirts of Falmouth, close to sandy beaches such as Maenporth and Swanpool and within walking distance of Falmouth Golf Course and Clubhouse. Featuring a private enclosed garden with astroturf - so no need to worry about muddy paws after letting the dog out! Perhaps you will spend the majority of your time here in the fantastic and unique al fresco kitchen. The owners have thoughtfully developed the garden which boasts a sheltered space complete with its own bar, state-of-the-art chiminea, charcoal barbecue and large dining-table. Come rain or shine you will still be able to breathe in the fresh Cornish air on your holiday at Ash and the sun graces the garden most of the day.

Heading inside, you will be greeted by a large entrance hall, with plenty of space for everyone to kick off their walking boats or sandy flip flops and hang up their hats and jackets. There is also a shower-room just off the entrance hall, which is handy. Family really is at the forefront of design here including plenty of space for your four-legged friends.

The ground floor has a social, open plan living space and dining-area with a well-equipped kitchen, and plenty of space for everyone to relax after an exciting day exploring the area.

On the first floor you will find two bedrooms that sleep up to five plus a baby. They are furnished to a high standard, beautifully appointed with plenty of hanging and storage space and have gorgeous country evergreen views. The family bathroom can also be found on this floor and has a sparkling shower over the bath. You access the garden from this level too through beautiful French doors, which leads you straight on to the first decking area and has the most luxurious al fresco table and chairs, perfect for breakfast. You can also access the garden from the side gate and up some steps.

Across the astro turf you will find the second outdoor seating area, which is sheltered and undercover, you can grill your barbecue goodies before getting comfy by the chiminea to stargaze all night long!

Miss Wilson

Absolutely amazing stay at Ash. Lovely high quality house in a very good location, would definitely recommend. Only thing missing which isn’t provided is fans if you are staying in the summer as house gets very warm at night.

Mrs Little

Lovely peaceful and tranquil setting, subtle dawn chorus from the birds is lovely, In my opinion nothing is to far if you need anything. Yet you are tucked away at the same time, Local beaches are both good too. Excellent place for golfers room to store your clubs in doors without them being in the way,

Mrs Rumble

Location great for swanpool. Lovely clean property with everything you need. Garden space very nice with great furniture. Layout of the house a little strange with the garden leading off the bedrooms and kitchen downstairs. Can be a little dark in the kitchen due to small windows. Overall we enjoyed our stay at Ash and made use of the amazing weather and good location.

Mr Westwell

Ash Cottage is located in a lovely peaceful setting in the middle of Falmouth Golf Club. The occasional cry of "fore" could be heard and this added to the atmosphere of the cottage. It is well equipped and there is ample parking for 2 cars.

Dr Alexander

Be aware that to access back garden you have to upstairs inside the house carrying food etc or if you have a dog you have to access it up steps through a locked door.
