Mrs Bottomley
We loved our stay at 12 Merchants Quarter. It was obvious from the moment I opened the front door that we would love being there and we did. The property is spacious. Light and beautifully furnished. I loved the kitchen and was surprised to find a dishwasher like our own. I call it a three story dishwasher. No cutlery basket but an extra shelf at the top for cutlery. Excellent. The decor is attractive and sofa and chairs comfortable. Perfect to settle down in the evening with a glass of wine and a Netflix movie on the big TV. The parking is very good and location, so close to all that Charlestown has to offer, couldn’t be better. Even the bin became a topic of conversation. It’s a Simple Human bin, I’ve never contemplated one until I used one. So impressed with bin and bags I ordered one for delivery the day we arrived home. The King size bed was amazing. So comfortable. If I have to find one thing wrong it’s this: Quite simply, I don’t live at 12 Merchants Quarter. ??We left sadly but with wonderful memories. Thank you to everyone involved in providing such a wonderful holiday home. Pamela and Michael ??

The Web site, booking procedure and the property was just perfect in every way - so much better than Air *n*.... Would recommend and definitely use again. Many thanks for a lovely relaxing break.
Ms Cockell
Lovely house in a great quiet location about 10mins gentle downhill walk to the harbour and restaurants, pubs etc. And supermarkets etc 5mins drive. Bedrooms all a good size, comfy beds, lots of storage, well equipped kitchen, brilliant utility room. Nice big bathrooms. Private parking space for 1 car and lots of free space on the street for another if needed. The lovely beach at Charlestown sadly not dog-friendly but lots of other beautiful beaches within a short drive. Fab holiday, thank you!

Immaculate, very comfortable and beautifully equipped cottage. Lovely location in Charlestown just a short stroll down to the front. Had a lovely stay and would happily return.
Mrs Stephens
Our stay here was wonderful. Beautifully presented home, everywhere was spotless and the furnishings were to a high standard. Kitchen had everything you needed and more. Couldn’t fault anything. Utility room a bonus, especially with the dog. The outside yard gets the sun at night so was lovely to sit out. Found it a great place to stay and only used the car once as you could walk and bus everywhere. Nice places to eat and drink on the doorstep! Would definitely recommend and would return. Mrs stephens
