Once through the door you are welcomed into the cheerful entrance hall, through which you will find the bright and modern living areas. The living-room is filled with lots of natural light and makes for a cosy and comfy room to curl up in at the end of a day exploring. From here you will find the kitchen packed with all the mod-cons you need and a seating space overlooking the garden - the chef won't be lonely when cooking up a storm. Looping back into the hall from here you'll reach the handy downstairs cloakroom.
Taking the stairs to the first floor you will find all four of the bedrooms. The first of the bedrooms is a pretty twin room with a bay window at the front of the house, across the landing is the double room overlooking the garden. A few steps lead up to the family bathroom and the second twin room and finishing off the first floor is the fourth bedroom with en suite and access onto a sun deck with marvellous views over the garden and the sea.
The gardens are a lovely spot for your morning coffee or afternoon drinks, with steps from the living-room (please take care here), push back the doors and enjoy the evening sunshine.

What can I say. The photos don't do this properly justice. It is so much bigger and wow it is so nice. The kitchen is amazing it was fully equipped with everything that I could need to be able to cater for ourselves. Which was a really nice surprise. It is clear that the owner has thought about the property and how it would be used as the little touches were really appreciated. The location is great with a 60 second walk to the beach and in both directions nice pubs in a 5 minute walk. We stayed in the winter and it was nice and warm. I will look to try and get back in the future. It may be useful to people who visited that I have a ford Mondeo Mk5 which fitted in the garage comfortably with it length. If I could I would give the house a 12 out of 10 as I really enjoyed my time here

Pucks Oak is a lovely property in a perfect position with sublime views of the gorgeous sea at Seaview. The bedrooms are dressed beautifully, the beds are comfy, the bathrooms are fabulous with plentiful hot water and fluffy towels and we all slept really well. It is light and airy and has a New England seaside feel.
The garden is a great size and has sun all day. The kitchen has everything you need and the garage is the icing on the cake. We had an issue on arrival, but Chloe and the house keeping team sorted within the hour which was very much appreciated. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to Appley bay and you can walk all the way round to Ryde if you wanted. We took the train from Ryde to Shanklin and had a super day out there. We visited Osborne, the steam railway and Carisbrooke. The weather was kind and we had an excellent holiday.

Pucks Oak is a lovely property in a beautiful location. Light, spacious and well equipped with a large garden, this property ticks all the boxes for families. The kitchen has everything you could need which is not always the case in holiday properties! Pucks Oak lived up to expectations.

For once the place was much bigger than it looked in the photos , very very well equipped for any age group
Beautiful enclosed garden for our 2 dogs who loved zooming with space . Tastefully decorated, view from bath in main bedroom amazing could have stayed there all day .
Couldn’t fault it will be booking again next year ??

Pucks Oak is a beautiful and comfortable home for home. Really well equipped with good quality furnishings and very comfy beds. Perfect location too. Lovely big mature garden too, which was a bonus for the children. We loved it!
