Really nice apartment with the bonus of parking and dog friendly. In a good location Porthminster side. We’ve stayed here 2 years running now as it suits us perfectly. The bedrooms are huge making it an extremely comfortable stay.

Apartment 6, is an excellent location for town and Portminster beach. Lovely and quiet with a parking spot right outside the front door. Will be looking to book again in future for my St. Ives retreat.

Absolutely loved saying at Apartment 6, Chy Kensa, the location is fantastic a short walk into town and all the beautiful beaches. Apartment 6, is a lovely spacious apartment and totally excelled our expectations. It’s warm, cosy, super clean and very welcoming. I loved that I could park my car safely right outside our apartment (no need to use my car all week). Was just a short walk into town, for the lovely local shops, boutiques and fat Willy’s surf shop.

The apartment is ideally situated ,easy access for porth minster beach and also for walking into town .It is furnished to a high standard and there is ample utensils etc. We really enjoyed our stay there .

The apartment was probably one of the best we’ve stayed in. Great parking space right outside, very modern well appointed furniture and the bedrooms were extremely roomy. Good location for Porthminster beach and a short walk into town to the many shops and restaurants. I’m sure we will return

Beautiful, well furnished, well equipped apartment. Lovely and clean and was a real bonus having the parking space right outside the door. Loved that the owner had spent time putting lots of nice little touches to make it feel like a real home. The surrounding area was really quiet so never got disturbed whilst we were in there. Nice little outside area with a retractable gate so our little dog was safe. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
There was a couple of things we'd change but these by no means were bad. The sofa, chair and beds weren't the comfiest. The showers had no power behind them. I myself have long hair and it took ages to wash. But other than that we had no complaints.

Our second visit to this well appointed, spacious and airy apartment with the added bonus of a parking space right outside the front door. Very close to Porthminster Beach and a short walk away from Carbis Bay. Just far enough from St Ives so a quiet location away from the hustle and bustle. Will definitely be back.

Chy Kensa is a light bright apartment ideally located for exploring St Ives and for getting to many wonderful places in Cornwall.
The short walk into the heart of St Ives is easy along well lit paths, there are also a couple of other routes but these do include lots of steps.

We loved our stay here. Very spacious, clean and comfortable, with all the equipment we needed. Great location with a short walk into town and the beaches, and a parking space right outside the front door. We have booked again for next year!

We love this apartment. Location is excellent and overall the facilities are great. We stayed last year and made some suggestion for improvements (shower head was broken and no mattress protector on the main bed) but these were not addressed.

Lovely spacious apartment in an excellent location only a shirt walk into town, with the bonus of a parking space. Very clean and well equipped. The retractable gate on the patio was great for our little dog when we had the doors open.

Fabulous light, airy and very modern apartment in a great location close to Porthminster Beach which is dog friendly until mid- May. We particularly liked the views out towards Godrevy Lighthouse from the nicely positioned armchairs in the side window alcoves of the lounge area. A very quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of St Ives town centre but still only a few minutes walk away downhill. The apartment was well equipped with everything required for a relaxing holiday. The added bonus of a parking space right outside the front door made our stay complete.

This is a spacious, clean and well equipped apartment with on site parking which is very helpful in St. Ives. The location is excellent and very convenient for the beaches, shops and harbour. The walk back up hill from St. Ives is short and quite steep but our 3 year old and 6 year old grandchildren managed it every day without complaint. Lovely window seats to sit and view the sea. We would definitely stay here again. With several apartments in the block it provides an opportunity for multi family holidays.

A fantastic house with great views , so comfortable and warm .
This is our second time staying and loved it again , beds are so comfy , the walk back up is a trek but it keeps you fit and so close to the train station.
I wouldn’t hesitate to book again .

Exceptionally clean and spacious apartment offering everything we needed for a 'home from home' holiday
Small but useful patio area with soft gate which thankfully was spotless of any evidence of being dog friendly
Situated approximately 5 minutes walk downhill to the town centre/harbour (maybe 10 minutes uphill back to the apartment ! )
We usually book with a different holiday company but found Aspects to be better value for money

The outside seating area was great to relax after a long day.
Very spacious compared to other places we have stayed in St Ives.
It is up a hill which is fine for us but it’s worth noting if you struggle with walking.
The parking space is brilliant as parking in St Ives is very difficult.
Nice and clean and mostly well equipped.
Few essentials missing (Bin bags, Foil, kitchen roll).
We have always had these provided in previous rentals.
No proper welcome package? Just some milk
.. Maybe this has stopped though due to Covid…
A new niggles….A lack of storage in the bedrooms. Apart from being able to hang a few items we had to leave everything in suitcases.
Also the amount of accessories they have used to furnish the property is a bit over the top. we felt there was no where to put our things as it was so cluttered.
All in all we had a lovely week away, we would stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to use Aspects again.

Well proportioned warm property with a great parking space within easy walking distance of town & all beaches. Impeccably clean, well maintained with attention given to what a guest might need (Bar a TV in the main bedroom). There are a few things that could definitely be improved, sofas were incredibly uncomfortable to us and this being the first property in 20 years of renting that didn’t provide anything other than tea,coffee and out of date milk (no sugar), however this was rectified immediately by Aspects. Location, convenience and cleanliness will always outweigh these minor moans and this property excelled on those fronts. Thank you for a nice stay.

The house was very clean when we arrived, huge bedrooms, such comfy beds.
It has a great view to the sea from the side windows, would be good to have two comfy chairs in each Alcove for the view.
Perfect distance to the beach, train station and Restaurants and the added bonus of the great car space outside..
Just beware of the steep hills going back to the house, we even used the leisure centre which is just behind the house, we found a short cut.
We loved the house so much we have rebooked it for next year

Lovely apartment, within walking distance to town. Beware the hill, not suitable for those not fit to walk, but there are a couple of local taxi firms available. St Ives has many attractions, great holiday location.

We loved staying at Chy Kensa apartment 6. The decor was lovely, and so clean. The beds were super comfortable and they had everything you could possibly need. And having the parking space directly outside the front was superb. We loved sitting watching the sea view from the lounge window. The only downside was that it was up so many hills, I was 31 weeks pregnant so found this very difficult but we should of researched more before we booked. However if I wasn't pregnant the location was amazing,and we would definitely recommend and book in the future.

We had a wonderful holiday at this apartment. We regularly stay in apartments both here and abroad, so it’s always a delight to find a great one you know you’ll return to.
The apartment was immaculately clean and comfortable, providing everything needed for a home from home. A great bonus to have the two bathrooms (one en suite), and super spacious bedrooms.
The on site allocated parking space is generously appointed, not squeezed in. But with the apartment being close to town and beaches - we only used the car for day trips.
The apartment has sea peeps from the side windows and a small seating area right by the lounge patio doors which we made good use of. The overall design and layout is well thought out and the decor is contemporary, with a choice of ambient lighting for cosy evenings in.
We would highly recommend this apartment and intend to return at some future date.

After our original apartment had an issue with a water leak Aspect Holidays really came into their own and sorted out new accommodation instantly.Well we really landed on our feet with moving to No;6 Chy Kensa.
What a fantastic property!
Two massive sized bedrooms, one with generous en-suite,large bathroom and spacious lounge/diner.
Decorated in a very modern style with great views of the sea.
It was that good I would love to buy it and retire there!
