Reviews

A second floor, duplex apartment set within the ever popular St Nicholas Court complex, number 37 enjoys superb views across Porthmeor Beach and The Island from the large picture windows of the sitting room, as well as the private balcony. St Nicholas Court is perfectly positioned for the ideal beach holiday, you can be treading barefoot across the soft sand and dipping your toes into the crystal blue waters of Porthmeor beach within seconds. Having your apartment so close, you can pop back easily for refreshments or a light lunch, before heading back to the beach for the afternoon. St Ives town itself is within a couple of minutes walk, where you will find a huge variety of eateries, galleries and specialist shops, as well as four other beautiful beaches, including the Harbour, where you might want to take one of the boat trips to spot seals and dolphins in the bay. Number 37 has a private sun patio leading off of the bedroom, which overlooks the courtyard gardens, with views across the rooftops to Godrevy Lighthouse. After a day sunning yourself on the beach, or exploring the town, kick back and relax on the sea facing balcony and marvel at the stunning sunsets that take over the horizon of Porthmeor.

Mrs Villette

Great apartment the location is great and always clean on arrival. The company always go above and beyond.

Mrs Villette

Great apartment home from home great location.

Mr Wormleighton

Excellent apartment. Location is superb, going for a swim is a short walk away, the shower in the courtyard very useful for de-sanding. Short walk into St Ives with a great selection of eating and drinking venues. The parking is a must and St Ives is a great point to visit all that West Cornwall has to offer. The apartment was clean, well decorated and included all of the equipment needed. The views were spectacular and a great balcony to sit, read, drink and watch the world go by. Worth commenting that the sofa bed is of high quality and very comfortable.

Mr Rees

Superb apartment with spectacular views of Porthmeor beach!

Ms Norman

St Ives is lovely..our first visit

Mrs Heath

We can highly recommend this apartment. The furnishings were comfortable including the bed
Wi-Fi and TV perfect. Large bathroom with good shower. The view was amazing and it was a bonus to be able to have secure parking and be able to go out if we needed to and not worry about finding a parking space on our return. We have stayed at St Nicholas Court before it’s a great complex. We will be back again for sure.

Mrs Villette

Great little complex. Great that gate is locked after 10pm .Quite good value for money. Very central to the beach and town .We return every year .Office staff always there to help .

Mrs Elmore

Another lovely stay at 37 St Nicholas Court. Good location for the town and beaches.
Apartment is well equipped, nicely furnished and very comfortable. Nice bright double bedroom on upper floor, compact but plenty of room for two holidaymakers. A patio door from the bedroom onto an enclosed balcony is a treat for enjoying early morning sunshine. An adjacent modern bathroom with a good sized shower cubicle and good quality towels.
There is a lovely balcony off the lounge to enjoy the beautiful sea views and sun sets with a glass of wine in hand.
A welcome pack of coffee/sugar sachets and chocolate biscuits is a nice touch along with a few cleaning essentials.
Note there are quite a few steps up to this flat and not suitable for anyone with mobility issues.
Once in the flat, the only toilet is upstairs which might not be convenient for all occupants. Not a problem for us as we’re both able bodied. The stair design isn’t best for small children with open treads. The flat is most suitable for able adults and older children.

Miss Taylor

We absolutely loved our stay here at 37 st Nicholas court and will be booking again for next year.

The views from the balcony, having your own parking space and being a 2 mins walk into stone is perfect.

The apartment was spotless on arrival and we have zero dislikes about this property.

Mrs Dalmas

Have stayed at number 37 many times and there are lots of things to love about this accommodation.
The beautiful location ,view and larger parking bay .
The dislikes …
It only had one bedroom with a small double bed. There is a bed settee in the lounge fine if you don’t mind that but not really suitable for 4 adults .
Only one bathroom.
On reflection this is quite expensive for what you get compared to other properties in the same
Location but we love the view .

Mr Mitchell

No - I think I've given the feedback you need.

Mrs Gledhill

We have used Aspects for several years and the service provided by the staff is exceptional - nothing is too much trouble. One lady even counted the steps leading up to one of our shortlisted apartments and sent me a video.
We have booked later this year for a different property (as 37 was already booked) and the staff helped with organising car parking.
Properties are to a very high standard and everything is very clean.

High praise for Aspects from a very satisfied customer.

Mr Apthorpe

We had a great stay everything we needed inside the apartment. The views from the balcony are fantastic especially the beautiful sunsets. A number of great restaurants are within walking distance. We enjoyed our morning coffee at cafes on the two great beaches nearby.

Mrs Villette

Lovely apartment well equipped. Bonus of being able to take you puppy with you .

Mr Alexander

This apartment has excellent sea views with easy access to the many beaches. We especially enjoyed the quick walk to the swimming beach for our daily early morning swim! It is extremely clean with modern furnishings and is spacious. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need should you choose to eat and cook in the apartment. If you choose to eat out there are plenty of lovely cafes, bars, restaurants and take-aways really close by.
The car park under the apartments is secure with easy access at all times.
The location is excellent for exploring the local area or travelling further as we did to Lands End, Lizard Point, Kynance Cove, St. Michaels Mount and Mousehole.

Mrs Villette

Great property

Mrs Battison

The view at this property is absolutely amazing and the onsite parking definitely a big bonus. Really comfortable accommodation.

Mr Jones

Lovely apartment in a great location with a large parking space.

Mr Hill

Best location in st.ives, 37 st Nicholas court was a lovely flat. Really enjoyed our stay.

Mrs Platts

Super location with great views. Attractive apartment, nicely furnished. Great upstairs terrace which acts as sun trap. Handy garage space for surfboards and beach kit.
All round fantastic property. The only negative we found was that the bed is a small double so my husband and I (6’2” and 5’7”) had to take turns sleeping on the sofa!

Mrs Flower

Great stay at No 37, very comfortable accommodation with lovely views of the Island and Ocean. We stay twice a year usually. We will miss it next year and hopefully will be back in 2023.

Miss Hanks

This property is a dream, amazing location and an amazing place to stay. Literally couldn’t find fault with it, everything was the highest standard in the property. If you have small children the stairs are steep so maybe take a gate with you. My 3 year old gave me nightmares trying to get up an down them. Otherwise thank you for providing such a fantastic holiday for us.

Mrs Gledhill

A fantastic property and a location to die for.

Mrs Davis

Another lovely holiday in beautiful St. Ives. St Nicholas Court is a very quiet place to stay but right in the heart of the town. We hope to return.

Mr Beer

Good location, with allocated underground parking, a big bonus.

Mr Chambers

There are better apartments for the money you pay for 37 st Nicholas court

Mrs Hill

Perfect place to relax and watch the surfers out in the water. This is the second apartment in St Nicholas court I’ve stayed at and I can highly recommend the location, the added bonus is a car parking space makes a stay here even easier.

Mr Miles

First visit to St Ives and rebooked this apartment during my stay - need I say more.

Mrs Sherris

Everything we had hoped for. Great location, great sea view, great sized parking space. The property is well equipped with everything you need for a self catering holiday.

Mrs Flower

We stay at No 37 twice a year. The location is fantastic and the apartment gets better and better. Great new stylish flooring and lamps downstairs. Fresh new stair and bedroom carpet . The owners keep adding lovely personal touches. The apartment has one of the larger parking spaces. A firm favourite with us. Aspects are on site making it easy to pick up and drop off keys, great service all round.

Mrs Brook

Fabulous location, fantastic views, (especially the sunset over Porthmeor beach.) parking a bonus . Would definitely recommend this apartment .

Mrs Walker

We stayed at 37 St.Nicholas Court in June 2019. Wow what a fantastic apartment, very spacious, beautifully decorated, comfortable bed & lovely bed linen & towels. Lots of cupboards to store everything in. The apartment was spotlessly clean. Everything you might need is provided in the kitchen, including a dishwasher, which was a bonus & the owners have been very thoughtful & provided enough crockery so that you can use the dishwasher. It was great having the two balconies , so nice to have some outdoor space & there are lovely outdoor chairs & table to sit & relax & watch the sun go down. An absolute bonus with this particular apartment is the large car parking space in the secure car park, underneath the building. I think the owners have been very thoughtful in making this apartment into a beautiful home from home. Loved it :)

Mr Hunt

Very clean and welcoming. It didn't smell of dogs ! (Before or after) A definite plus.

Mrs Newall

Very poor property, shoddy and uncomfortable we wouldn’t stay there again. Shower dribbles out, furniture uncomfortable and curtains in the lounge don’t even close properly and look more like rags at the window. Nice to go on holiday and get a bit of luxury and that is something this place does not have.

Mrs Flower

Great views, with comfortable living , dining area. The kitchen has everything you need. St Nicholas Court is in the perfect position in St Ives and No 37 is a great value apartment, with home comforts.

Mr Chamberlain

A lot of thought has gone into make the apartment enjoyable.

Mrs Nickless

A lovely location, fully equipped and perfect for quick access to the beach. Have visited St Ives many many times and would definitely use this apartment again in the future.

Ms Nelson

Excellent home in the heart of St Ives. ...brilliant for the beach....will definitely be coming back.....

Mrs Mellor

We were very pleased with our short break at 37 St Nicholas Court. Not many other companies offer the opportunity to book for less than a week.
The property was ideally located near to the town and beaches, with lovely views of Porthmeor Beach and the Island..
It was comfortable, spacious and well equipped.
