Number 34 is a beautiful, modern two bedroom apartment located on the second floor of the seaward side of the popular St Nicholas Court complex. With superb views overlooking Porthmeor beach from one of two balconies, you can dine al fresco watching the stunning sunset or check out the surf before jumping into your wetsuit. Head upstairs to find the other, south-facing, balcony, located off the double bedroom, perfect for your morning coffee. Your four legged friend is also more than welcome here, so you can make everlasting memories with the family. It's easy to venture out of St Ives and explore West Cornwall and beyond, knowing you have an allocated parking space to return to each evening.

St Nicolas Court is a peaceful side of St Ives.
Only a short walk into St Ives
Sitting on the Island and watching the sun go down is a must.
Apartments are spacious and has all the necessary equipment to prepare food, if you choose too.
Parking is under cover and secure.
The outside area is well lit at night.

Absolutely great flat, superb views, everything you need for your holiday whether you are eating out or self catering, Parking underneath is a great asset in St Ives although very narrow. Couldn't be closer to the best beach, and the island. We have used this flat before and will again. Wonderful week.

We stayed at 34 St Nicholas Court for a week’s break in March. The booking process with Aspects was great from beginning to end with clear communications and great suggestions for things to do and see in the region. The apartment is in a superb location with great views and easy walk to the centre of St Ives and was absolutely spotless on our arrival. Would recommend 34 to anyone considering St Ives for a holiday and we’d certainly book it again if we went back there.

We recently stayed at No 34 St Nicholas Court and it truly exceeded my expectations. The views from the apartment were stunning, offering a picturesque backdrop that immediately set the tone for a relaxing getaway. Every detail of the space was immaculate and spotlessly clean, which made settling in feel effortless and welcoming.
The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had all the necessary appliances and utensils, making meal preparation a breeze. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed, which provided a perfect night’s sleep, and the equally comfortable sofa, ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring the charming town of St Ives.
Overall, this apartment is a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a serene, well-appointed retreat with breathtaking views. I highly recommend it to anyone planning a visit to the area.

This was our 2nd time staying in this fabulous apartment, and we loved it even more! We found it to be spotlessly clean, cozy & comfortable. The location is perfect, with amazing views from the balcony - we saw dolphins every day! The close proximity to the beach was such a bonus, and our dog loved a good run on the sand. There are numerous very good restaurants and pubs within a short walk, and we ate out most evenings.
We were so lucky with the weather, and had sunshine every day - even though it was mid January! It was great having our own parking space too.
We had such a wonderful & memorable holiday, and can’t wait to return.

I have scored the question 'value for money' as poor.
Simply because of the interrupted and incomplete maintenance service scheduled by administration.
On two occasions I felt the need to provide external security for personal possessions due to maintenance work by service providers in the property during the time of my stay.
There was a failure of an electrical item that had been reported by a previous guest late January 2024.
Almost nine months later the item in question is still in a state of repair.
I would not have rented this particular property while components are in a state of repair.

We had a wonderful week with our dog at 34 St. Nicholas Court. The apartment is very pleasant and the view is fantastic - we saw numerous dolphins from the balcony, and watching the waves during the storms was great fun! Our dog loved being so close to the beach, which is only moments away.
The apartment is well equipped and has pretty much everything you need if you like to cook (I cooked a Sunday roast just fine).
There were plenty of soft towels, but we had to dry them in the spare twin room as the heated towel rail in the bathroom didn’t work. Not a problem though as there was only two of us. We would definitely stay here again and are already planning to book for next year! Oh, and the parking space is a huge bonus!

No 34 has fantastic views, very close to beach & walks for the dog. It was very clean, uncluttered and neutral, but had everything needed for a comfortable, wonderful week. Best dog-friendly place in St Ives, plus two balconies, car parking & laundry are certainly added extras. I will definitely be returning asap!

I have stayed in St nicholas court every time I have visited and I have been visiting for nearly 30 years, my family have been going for nearly 40! It’s our home from home and any flat that is managed by aspects is as comfortable and welcoming as can be and I recommend them to everyone. I couldn’t ask for anything more when visiting my most favourite place on earth. Everyone is polite and they make everything so easy.

It was very clean and had everything we needed.
The double bed was a bit hard for us but that’s personal preference.
Having a parking space is a definite advantage as although it was out of season, the car parks were still very busy.
This is our first time using Aspects and we weren’t disappointed. Great property and great service. We will definitely return.

Ah excellent apartment in a brilliant location - the parking is a huge plus and the sea views are something I simply didn’t want to leave behind. The apartment is spotlessly clean and has everything you need in terms of kitchen equipment, even for cooking Christmas dinner. I could of happily stayed forever !

The property was spotlessly clean, bright and modern. The view over Porthmeor beach and the Island was stunning. We spent a couple of stormy afternoons just watching and listening to the sound of the waves. Great to have a parking space, fine for our Golf. Amazing location, very close to all the beaches. Views from the lounge balcony changes hourly and is a pleasure to watch. Balcony from the bedroom is a little sun trap too. Parking space an added bonus with plenty of room for our large car. A little gem in st ives.
