Beautiful apartment, picturesque location.
High standard of finish.

Whist the apartment was in a great place, the view was amazing, the apartment was extremely tired looking (paint work poor, floor stained in the living/kitchen area), not particularly clean, windows dirty on arrival, flat pillows and duvets. There was pet hair in the instant coffee caddy on the kitchen side, the toilet seat in the main bathroom is too loose, much to my shock when using as we arrived, the only time that facility was used all week due to its state.

2 years later we are back for our second holiday at 22 Zenith (this time for 2 weeks). Property has still been maintained to a high standard, well equipped and cleanliness is top notch also. Fantastic vista over the Atlantic and Porth Island. Made all the more special with the wall to wall folding windows. Parking is secure, but note a maximum height of 2.2m for your vehicle.

Fantastic apartment, great views and only a short walk to the beach and pub.

Stayed for the 2nd time at 22 zenith and want to book again for next year. Everything found as described and Aspect holidays is always prompt and efficient in helping with any issues.
Room gets very hot when sun shines through so a fan may be a good idea if you are lucky enough to get the weather :-)

Apartment is very well appointed and superb view, garage entrance is steep and tight , road noise more than expected , but overall enjoyed our stay, watching the changeable weather up close.

The apartment was beautiful the views were absolutely amazing. It was well equipped and clean. Location great. Aspect holidays were super helpful as well so will definitely recommend and use again.

I was disappointed when I first entered the rental. Seeing, what looked like a canteen table and bench. This was obviously new and not in the photographs. Personally for me cooking and eating in is our thing, so I was disappointing that the table and chairs weren’t as per the photographs. The said the apartment grew on me. There were a lot of positives. The sofa was comfy. The heating efficient. There was a great reading light. There were side tables for drinks. The towels were large and lovely and fluffy. The kitchen well stocked with a good selection of glass wear, dishes, pans and utensils. It was nice to find large filled ice cube trays. I particularly appreciated plenty of work surface for preparation. The was an abundance of bathroom storage and both showers were really good. The Apartment was quiet from other occupants. Bedrooms are small but storage was built in and plentiful. There are Good large mirrors for getting ready to go out with adjacent plugs for hairdressers. Wi-Fi connectivity was good. The underground parking space is very generous.
Negatives.
The Blind in the master bedroom does not stop the light. The main outside corridor hall light, that is on all night, floods in around the sides and bottom. There are no foot stools for putting your feet up when on the sofa. The bedding I found was poor quality and was scratchy. I had to buy pillowcases to use. The main road isn’t that busy, but the bifold doors are cheap and ill fitting and let the vehicular noise in. They are also very difficult to open and we didn’t feel comfortable forcing them open and therefore couldn’t use the balcony. There are no ‘caddy’s in the shower, so there is no were to put anything, but on the floor. The garage entry and exit point is partially narrow and challenging. If you have a large car you needed to negotiated with extreme caution and it tests the nerves and your skills. There is a pod coffee machine, but no pods are provided nor is there a Cafetière or similar. Cover and lighting required for outside key safe. It was dark and raining and It’s hard to line up the keys and open.

I was particularly impressed with Aspects holidays the property managers. They were extremely helpful, friendly and efficient.

A beautiful apartment is excellent stunning views and great location. The apartment is fully equipped and had great parking . The building had a lift and has easy access to apartment. We are so pleased with apartment we have booked for next year. Thank you Aspect holidays for looking after us. We are excited to stay again.

22 Zenith is a lovely apartment situated on the 2nd floor with a fantastic view across the sea.
The property is location just outside of Newquay town which you can walk in 30 minutes or use the local Beryl bikes located at the base of the hill. Recommend the Mermaid to eat at, good pub food and friendly staff and a five minute walk from the apartment. The apartment has everything you need whilst you are there with 2 good size bedroom's usual kitchen appliances and a good size TV and comfortable settee.

Had a great stay at 22 Zenith, well equipped, comfortable apartment, with fantastic sea views. Good location just outside Newquay, but just a couple of minor issues regards the busy, noisy road and very tight access trying to get out of the underground car park, but all in all a very enjoyable week. Would definitely stay here again.

If you are looking for a fantastic apartment in a great location this is the one. The views from the living room are stunning. Porth beach is 5 minutes walk down the hill and it is a lovely sandy beach perfect for families. Watergate bay and mawgan porth are also super close and we enjoyed lots of time at these beaches too.

The apartment itself is modern, clean and well looked after. The facilities are great and we had everything we needed in terms of utensils and kitchen equipment. The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms and showers are great.

Would recommend this place to anybody.

Beautiful apartment with the most spectacular views. Very comfortable and well kitted out. It is a lot more spacious than the photos show. Perfect for my wheelchair to get in and around in and the underground parking was a huge plus. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Wonderful week’s Summer Holiday with the family (of 4). 22 Zenith had it all. Location - sited close to a Porth Beach with views to die for both during the day and especially during the sunsets. The apartment itself was very clean and well equipped (we wanted for nothing in this regard). A dedicated underground parking space made things a lot easier to come and go (just enough headroom for our MPV and roof box - caution advised!). We would not hesitate to book again at 22 Zenith or with Aspects Holidays.

We stayed in September 2021, and had the best week away in the most gorgeous apartment. I have travelled to Newquay all my life and 22 zenith was the nicest place I have stayed to date. Great location and amazing view to wake up to every day of Newquay’s coast. The balcony is lovely to chill on in the mornings and evenings. The apartment was so clean and had everything that was needed with plenty of storage. Porth beach right outside the apartment is beautiful and the costal walk to watergate bay is also amazing, with some lovely restaurants. Parking facilities where also perfect as you knew your car was secure. Each bedroom also has smart tv’s and the beds are very comfortable. Aspect holidays have also been a pleasure to deal with and I would definitely recommend booking with them. Thank you so much for a lovely stay we had the best time! Will be booking this apartment again!
