The Fishguard musical festival attracts world class musicians celebrating a varied selection of music including folk, jazz and orchestral in several venues across north Pembrokeshire or take in some local history and visit the Last Invasion Tapestry.

Once a cellar to the Captain's House, Cwtch y Rhos sleeps two in a quirky ground floor apartment, converted to a very high standard and accessed directly at the ground level rear entrance and a car can be parked close to the door. Step up inside to the stylish kitchen, which has all you need for some tasty holiday cooking. Through the kitchen, and a step down, is the useful utility-room, which leads directly to a luxurious walk-in shower-room. Take time out on the sofa in the attractive sitting-room, catching up with your favourite movies or simply enjoying escaping the everyday and spending leisurely time together.

After a day's walking, jump into the comfortable bed for a peaceful, good night's sleep.

A lovely cosy cottage in a great central location for coastal walking. A short walk to the harbour and coastal path and some gorgeous local cafes. Big Co op also within walking distance . A very comfortable bed, great shower and well equipped kitchen. The small patio garden was nice for breakfast and sundowners. We travelled by train and stayed local. Local transport a bit patchy. We were lucky with good June weather and enjoyed some great walks, swims and food.
