With light and airy living space, three comfortable bedrooms and sunny outside area, High Tides has all you need for a fun filled getaway or peaceful retreat. The open plan living area is light and bright thanks to the double height ceilings and full length windows incorporating patio doors which open out onto the secluded patio. To the rear, the kitchen is super stylish with plenty of space and a range cooker. There's even a dishwasher to help with the washing up! Stools line up along the breakfast-bar so guests can chat to the chef whilst meals are being prepared. The dining-table is conveniently situated to one side with a cosy corner sofa to the other for everyone to relax on after a busy day in front of the Smart TV.

Two tastefully decorated bedrooms are bedrooms are located on the ground floor, a double and a twin room. Both have the luxury of an en suite shower-room; no queuing for facilities here! Climb the stairs and you will find bedroom three with a comfy king-size bed and the family bathroom, the perfect place for a long soak after a busy beach day.

The secluded garden has a patio and stone chippings surrounded by mature shrubs with a hedged boundary to the Tarka Trail, perfect for cyclists and walkers. Even better, there's a handy internal doorway from the main entrance hall into the garage where you can store bikes and boards safely. The washing machine/drier can be found in the utility section of the garage.
