Westside Cottage

Close to the centre of the pretty north Devon village of Croyde and just a short stroll to the beach, you'll find Westside Cottage, a light and airy dog-friendly three bedroom holiday home.

This sweet lemon-hued holiday home boasts a double height kitchen/dining-room, flooding the space with oodles of natural light, even on an overcast day. The pale wooden floorboards and stone fireplace give the room character, making it an inviting place to tuck into a holiday feast at the table. On a balmy day, decant to the outside dining space through the French doors and indulge in al fresco dining.

The kitchen is decorated in soothing greys and beige and is as practical as it is stylish, packed with everything you need for a well fuelled holiday. The breakfast-bar is a perfect spot for snacking or keeping the nominated cook company, while the dishwasher puts an end to washing up duty arguments. Come evening, head into the cosy, carpeted sitting-room. Pop the fire on if you're visiting out-of-season, then melt into the squishy, scarlet sofas and unwind with a film on the Smart TV.

Westside cottage has three bedrooms, sleeping up to six guests. The principal bedroom is decorated with soothing tones of cream, oatmeal and wood and features thoughtful coastal touches throughout. There's a chunky wooden bed and an en suite shower-room. You'll also find a twin bedroom with relaxing sky-blue feature wall, and a bunk bedroom, an exciting prospect for any mini guests. There's also a family bathroom with a shower over the bath.

Outside there's a rear garden and terrace area kitted out with an outside dining set and a barbecue, perfect for a laidback holiday supper enjoyed against the backdrop of pretty flowers and mature shrubbery. The garden is enclosed so children and dogs can happily play safely, plus there's a storage shed for bikes and surfboards.

To the front of the property there is parking for up to three cars.
