There are three sumptuous sea blue sofas to sink into, plenty of room for the whole family to relax on. Why not unwind together while you watch a film on the wall-mounted Smart TV?

The open plan kitchen/dining-room is perfectly set up for cooking up a storm on holiday. The kitchen is decorated with beach blue metro tiles and wood-effect cabinets, lending the space a laidback atmosphere. Meanwhile the robust looking range is capable of cooking up a serious feast, and you can let the dishwasher take care of the clean-up. The dining-table is just beyond where diners can enjoy plenty of natural light and tasteful seaside decor.

There are three bedrooms each kitted out with a Smart TV, perfect for a lazy Sunday morning in bed. There are two ground floor bedrooms, the first has an en suite shower-room along with access to both outside and the convenient laundry-room. The second ground floor bedroom can be set up as a twin room or a king-size bed, it's your choice. Also on the ground floor is the family bathroom, with a shower over the bath.

Climb the stairs to the principal bedroom with an en suite shower-room, and coastal views out towards the sand dunes. You can choose to have this room set up as two singles or a king-size bed too.

Sandy Shores boasts a beautiful garden, including a well-established herb garden which you can use to add flavour to your holiday culinary creations. The secure garden is perfect for those holidaying with children and dogs, meanwhile the outside dining set and barbecue is ideal for laidback, leisurely meals eaten al fresco.

If you're visiting with children, or love a game yourself, you'll adore the converted summer-house. Inside there's a miniature football table, Smart TV, corner sofa and beanbags for lounging on.

The outside tap is ideal for washing yourself and your boards off after a day on the beach. There's also board and bike storage and driveway parking for two cars.
