Step into the sitting-room and you will discover a versatile space, no matter the season. In summer, throw open the bi-fold doors and in winter light the wood-burner, pick a film on the Smart TV and snag a spot on one of the plush green sofas. Bored of Netflix? Channel your inner astronomer and survey space with the telescope instead.
The kitchen/diner is a handsome room with its honey-hued floorboards, calming oatmeal walls and lovely views out of the bi-fold doors. The kitchen, dressed in sharp tones of navy and grey, is super practical with its integrated oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. There's even a separate wine cooler - get the rosé in pronto and you'll be sipping a glass by the time dinner's ready.
Speaking of dinner, keep the nominated chef company at the sweet breakfast-bar for two, or kick back on the green leather Chesterfield for a more relaxed approach to culinary conversations. Just off the kitchen you'll find a modern take on a boot-room, with its smart navy panelling and on-trend tiles it's the perfect blend of style and substance and the utility-area, butler sink, boot bench and separate outside access will no doubt come in handy during your stay. When dinner's up, it's just a few steps across to the dining-table, which can seat up to eight guests comfortably and is lit by way of stunning statement light installation. Scored lucky with the weather? Take it outside and enjoy your dinner al fresco.
Ocean Brow has three bedrooms, all on the ground floor, sleeping a total of eight guests. The principal bedroom features a super-king bed that wouldn't look out of place in an up-market hotel, plus the en suite means no arguments over who gets to shower first in the morning. The second bedroom features a king-size bed, and the third bedroom has two sets of bunk-beds sleeping up to four people. If you'd like the super-king double set up as a twin room, just say the word.
The modern family bathroom features soothing neutral tones and a separate shower. The contemporary free-standing bath is the perfect spot to ease any aches after a challenging coastal walk - or to simply enjoy a moment to yourself amidst all the fun of a summer holiday.
The outside space at Ocean Brow is versatile, featuring a generous patio area with outside seating plus a charcoal barbecue and two handy parasols for when the suns out. From here, walk down to the big, fully enclosed garden, the perfect space for holidaying children and dogs to play in safely.
On the patio you'll also find a hot and cold outside shower, perfect for hosing yourself, wetsuits and boards down after a day on the beach. Afterwards, pop your gear on the wetsuit and board rack to dry. Ocean Brow also has driveway parking for up to two cars, but the road outside is unrestricted if you need more space.

We have had a wonderful stay at Ocean Brow, the property is spotlessy clean with everything you need for a great stay,the beds were so comfy to, the garden is a great size for our Lab he loved it and the patio is a lovely place to sit with a drink overlooking the countryside, its an ideal spot for seeing this beautiful area,Croyde of course ,Lynton & Lynmouth Valley of Rocks Exmoor etc are all stunning,we hope to be back!
