Step inside the pristine property and wander through to the bright and spacious sitting-room which is bathed in natural light thanks to two sets of bi-fold doors which lead into the garden. Plump for one of the sofas and relax with a film come evening time or connect with the Bluetooth speaker and play anything from Bach to The Beach Boys.
The large open plan kitchen/diner is also well lit thanks to its dual-aspect and further set of bi-fold doors, providing access to the sweet courtyard complete with an al fresco dining set seating up to eight. The glossy grey kitchen is as practical as it is stylish thanks to the integrated appliances including a dishwasher, washing machine and even a wine cooler. There's also a dining-table with wooden chairs in here, providing the opportunity to dine inside or outside depending on the weather.
Mondo's has three bedrooms, sleeping up to six guests in total. Bedroom one can be found to the front of the property and boasts an en suite shower-room and commanding views towards the hillside. You can choose to have this set up as a super-king or twin room. Bedroom two is decorated in chic shades of teal towards the rear of the property, it also boasts French doors and a Juliet balcony facing towards the sea. Again, this can be arranged as a super-king or twin room. The last room is a bunk room with three foot wide beds, suitable for children or adults alike.
There's a downstairs WC and upstairs you'll find the calming oasis of the family bathroom decorated in natural tones. Have a soak in the bathtub or enjoy an extra-long shower. Speaking of showers, there's a heated outside one here, along with hanging space for your wetsuits and space to store the surf boards, perfect for after the beach.
Outside the lawned garden features a hot tub. What a way to upgrade your stay, ending your evenings with a soothing soak and star gaze. The courtyard area is the perfect place for leisurely holiday meals, enjoyed of a balmy evening.
To the front of the garage, you'll also find parking for one car.

An Excellent property and location, just a 10 minute stroll to the beach or numerous eating and drinking venues.
Good garden if you are bringing your four legged companions with you on holiday.
Certainly recommended, just noting that dogs are not allowed on Croyde Bay between May 1st and September 30th.
But Saunton Sands and Woolacombe Beach are only a 10 - 15 minute drive away and are dog friendly year round.
