Set in the beautiful village of Croyde on the north Devon coast, Horizon is a blissful escape for larger family gatherings or a get-together with friends. With parking for up to four cars, a sunny south-facing lawned garden, covered terrace, games-room, open plan living area and four bedrooms, three en suite plus a further wet-room, it's a holiday home made for easy living and quality time together.

On arrival, the front door leads immediately into the spacious ground floor living space, home to the kitchen, dining-area and sitting-area. First up you'll come across the kitchen. Combining style with practicality, you'll find everything a budding or professional chef would need to rustle up feasts. With honey-coloured wooden worktops, double oven, electric hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and all the necessary kitchen equipment, mealtimes are in safe hands. In addition, there's a great breakfast-bar for two.

Moving on from here, you'll find a chic dining-table that comfortably seats eight, perfect for social dining. Meals can be enjoyed with views through the bi-fold doors, which can be opened during warmer months to let the sea air float through. Next to this lies the sitting-area with two sofas and two armchairs, plus a Smart TV to keep the family entertained, and bi-fold doors opening on to the terrace. There's also a soundbar that can be used for streaming your favourite playlists. On the ground floor you'll also find a fantastic games-room with table-tennis and table-football, plus a utility-area with washing machine, tumble-drier, sink and a rack for drying wetsuits.

There are four bedrooms at Horizon, three of which can be found on the first floor. Two bedrooms face to the front, overlooking the garden, each furnished with a comfy king-sized bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and en suite bathroom with overhead shower. They also enjoy bi-fold doors which open out on to the sun-soaked balcony, the perfect spot for morning coffee as you gaze over the countryside and out to sea. Down the hallway, the third bedroom has twin beds, a Smart TV, wardrobe, chest of drawers and an en suite shower-room that's ideal for children, while on the ground floor the fourth bedroom has wooden bunk-beds and a chest of drawers, with use of the wet-room down the hall with shower and WC - perfect for a quick shower after a morning run.

Outside, there's a spacious driveway for up to four vehicles plus an EV charging point should you need it. To the front lies the garden and terrace with garden furniture and a charcoal barbecue - perfect for al fresco meals. The garden is enclosed, making it perfect for little ones to play in and for a dog to roam, and there's also a cold-water shower to wash down wetsuits and muddy paws.
