Surrounded by pretty thatched cottages and with the village centre just a short stroll away, this welcoming cottage makes an ideal base for families looking to spend their days on the beach, as well as couples seeking a relaxing coastal getaway.

Step inside and you'll find a lovely blend of original character and contemporary style, creating a home that feels both comfortable and inviting. The sitting-room is a cosy space to unwind after a day exploring the coast, with comfortable sofas and a Smart TV including a basic Sky package for relaxed evenings in. The beautifully crafted kitchen/diner has everything you need for a family breakfast before heading to the beach, or a leisurely dinner together after a day beside the sea. There's also plenty of space around the table for a sociable supper or a competitive game of cards.

Upstairs, three pretty bedrooms provide a peaceful retreat at the end of the day. The principal bedroom has a king-size bed, alongside a double bedroom and a twin room which is equally suited to children or adults. The family bathroom has a bath with an overhead shower, perfect for a refreshing rinse after a sandy day at the beach or a long soak when you have nowhere else to be.

Croyde and Putsborough are both within easy reach so you can be at the coast in no time, whether you're heading out for a morning surf, a family beach day or a long walk along the cliffs. The cottage sits along the village road, making it wonderfully easy to set off on foot and enjoy the relaxed pace of Georgeham.
