Nestled in the heart of charming Croyde village you'll find Blue Pearl, a delightful beach house, perfect for a family holiday or getaway with friends, boasting four bedrooms and a hot tub just a short walk from the beach.
Walk inside the blue, shiplap-clad home and check out the roomy sitting-room with three sofas and beanbags to boot. Its generous space and seating make it the perfect place to chill out after a beach day and unwind with a film on the large flatscreen TV with Freeview.
The modern kitchen has everything you need to cater to everyone's tastes including an electric hob, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave and dishwasher. The handy breakfast table and four stools are ideal for a quick meal, and there's even a separate utility-room with washing machine and tumble-drier if you feel like getting ahead with your holiday laundry. There is also a separate cloakroom with WC.
For holiday feasts worthy of lingering over, head into the separate dining space. The table can seat up to six, and the French doors provide plenty of natural light as well as garden access.
Blue Pearl has four bedrooms, sleeping up to eight guests in total. One of the double bedrooms can double up as a playroom; along with a comfortable double bed you'll find books, toys and games to keep the children entertained. There's also a principal bedroom with en suite shower-room, along with two other double bedrooms. If you'd prefer a twin room, one of the doubles can be set up accordingly thanks to the 'zip and link' bed. You'll also find a spacious, tiled family bathroom with a shower over the bath.
Outside the well-planted garden is the perfect secure space for children and dogs to play. With some lawn area as well as mature trees and shrubs threes a good mixture of sun and shade. There's also an outdoor dining set along with a barbecue available, perfect for those balmy summer evenings you never want to end.
But the main event is the hot tub. Pop it on after the children are in bed and enjoy stargazing while the bubbles work their magic and help you unwind.
There's also driveway parking for up to three cars.

Blue Pearl is in an excellent location and provides lots of space and is reasonably priced. The house could definitely benefit from being updated in terms of decor & furnishings to be brought up to the standard we have experienced in other properties in the area. Our stay was pleasant but sadly lots of niggles.

We have been staying at the Blue Pearl, Croyde, since 2016 and we are very impressed with the cottage. First impressions were "Wow", it was very spacious and equipped to a high standard, it was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and lots of clean white towels on arrival. We had complementary tea bags & fudge on arrival which was a nice touch. The garden is enclosed so it's suitable for children and pets. The photos don't do it justice and you won't regret choosing this place. The driveway is big enough for 3/4 cars. We made great use of the hot tub and the well established garden. We have stayed in a lot of cottages in Croyde village over the years but this one is the best we've ever stayed in and we will definitely be booking again next year. Perfect in every way and right in the heart of the village. Well worth the 5 star rating given!
