Nestled in the north Devon countryside, it's just a short 12 minute drive from the coast and perfectly positioned for exploring the area's many family attractions.

Inside, you'll find a welcoming open plan kitchen and dining-area, fully equipped with all the essentials, making it easy to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a hearty family dinner. The large dining-table is the perfect place to gather, share stories and plan tomorrow's adventures.

The sitting-room is full of charm, with its exposed stone walls, original wooden beams and large, comfortable sofas inviting you to sink in and relax. There's also a television for cosy movie nights. From the sitting-room, you can access your own private raised garden terrace, furnished with a table, chairs and parasol. It's an ideal spot for sunny breakfasts, lazy lunches or evening drinks while watching the sun set behind the treetops.

Downstairs, a spacious twin bedroom overlooks the courtyard and sits next to the main family bathroom, complete with a full-sized bath and fitted shower. Upstairs, there's a comfortable double bedroom and a charming cabin-style twin room with L-shaped beds that children will love. There's also a convenient WC and wash-basin making family stays even easier.

Guests staying at Puffin Cottage also have access to the shared facilities at Robin Hill Farm. Take a dip in the indoor heated swimming pool, kept at 28 degrees all year round, or head to the games-room where you can enjoy a friendly game of pool, table-tennis or foosball. Outside, you'll find 14 acres of meadows and woodland to explore along signposted trails.
