Part of Robin Hill Farm, this charming cottage combines rustic character with modern amenities. Step inside to discover a welcoming open plan living space that brings everyone together. There's a compact - yet fully equipped - kitchen and dining-area with seating for four, a cosy lounge area with sofa and armchair, perfect for sinking into after a day exploring north Devon's stunning coast and countryside.

The double bedroom has views across the shared lawn and towards the indoor pool, and the twin room is located towards the front of the property. Both rooms are thoughtfully furnished, ensuring a comfortable stay.

Outside, the private south-facing garden is a true highlight of this cottage. Enclosed and featuring a table, chairs and parasol, it's perfect for lazy breakfasts or evening drinks while enjoying the endless valley views. Beyond the garden, shared manicured lawns offer space to play badminton or football, and there's even a relaxing lounge swing for unwinding in the sun.

Guests at Robin Hill Farm are spoiled for choice with on-site activities. Take a dip in the indoor heated swimming pool, always a toasty 28 degrees, or head to the games-room for a friendly match of table-tennis, pool or foosball.

The 12 acre estate is crisscrossed with signposted woodland walks, ideal for peaceful morning strolls or a bit of wildlife spotting. And because adventures are better with company, Kingfisher Cottage is dog-friendly. Your furry friends will love exploring the dedicated four acre enclosed dog field, where they can run, jump and play safely to their hearts' content.
