Great position in lovely little village. Very near beach ( walking) Very nice friendly pub 50 mtrs away with outstanding bakery. Great public field behind cottage, perfect for dogs.
Mr Porter
Very clean and spacious bungalow in close proximity to a pub, bakery and cafe.
Plenty of parking space and large enclosed rear garden for our little dog.
Comfortable beds with plenty of storage space for clothes, etc in the bedrooms.
Mr Whitehorn
Lovely location for beach. Good food pub and coffee shop and bakery just around the corner. Excellent dog secure garden.
Mrs Bourne
The cottage was very well presented, having everything you needed if you wanted to cater for yourself. There is an excellent grassed field literally around the corner for walking dogs and access to the beach is about 15mins walk.
The garden is extremely large and secure, with furniture to sit out and enjoy the peace and quiet.
My only disappointment was the overgrown brambles around the boarders covered in bindweed. Just spoilt the overall standard of the cottage.
Pub close by which served excellent Sunday roast. So many places to visit nearby, all within a very short drive.
Numerous pubs and cafes that welcome dogs.
Mr Nolan
Beautiful cottage in lovely village. Very clean and well equipped. The White Horse pub 100 or so paces away ideal for food and relaxation. Dog friendly.
Open area around the corner, Park Piece, great for walking dogs and spotting local wildlife.
About a 25 minute walk to nearest beach but worth it when you get there.
Overall highly recommend for families with or without furry four legged friends.

Easy Web site to use and honest description of bungallow and area.
Fully emergency details given and message sent to ensure all was well when arrived.
Mrs Foster
Lovely cottage with a quiet, secluded garden. Ideal for dogs. White Horse pub and bakery close by in a great setting serves good food and White Horse bakery serves amazing breakfast and bakes very tasty bread & pastries. Everywhere is very dog-friendly. We had beautiful weather and enjoyed walking around the local area and visited Old Hunstanston, Cley, Brancaster, Wells and Cromer. Our springer spaniel especially enjoyed the beach walk to Old Hunstanton and her "homemade dog treat" at the cafe in the dunes. Coffee and food (for humans) is also very good.
Mr Longstaff
Our third year in this delightful cottage good facilities and location. The local pub has new owners and is now excellent. We will certainly be back.
Mrs Salter
We had a wonderful holiday at Sancia. It was very comfortable, clean and conveniently situated. Would definitely return to discover more of the Norfolk coast.
Mr Goode
large garden , good location - but take plenty of books . No one , not even a TV engineer who came could get the TV to work properly .
Mrs Fitchett
Lovely spacious property. Spotlessly clean. Exactly as described. Plenty of equipment if you want to cook. Could do with an empty cupboard to store cereals, crisps, biscuits etc. Comfy bed. Lots of bedroom storage. Would definitely recommend.
