Willow Cottage is situated on a private lane, nestled amongst beautiful gardens and within easy walking distance of the village shops and supermarket and just a stone's throw from the Royal Sandringham Estate. A fabulous play park close by makes this ideal for families; but equally a great base for two couples to enjoy an unforgettable stay in this delightful part of Norfolk.

Approached via a shingled driveway with cottage-style borders, Willow Cottage is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday. This dog-friendly accommodation is versatile, light and airy, and laid out over one level. On arrival you are welcomed by the light, open plan space with views onto the private, enclosed south-facing garden which is surrounded by a variety of flowering shrubs with mature trees, giving welcoming shade on warmer days. This relaxing space is perfect for al fresco dining or, for the more relaxed, the sun loungers provide a great place to lie back, Pimms in hand, and listen to the beautiful sounds of birdsong.

The open plan living/dining area includes a super kitchen, so the chef never misses out. Kick back and relax on the comfy seating as you watch a movie, or light the cosy wood-burner on cooler evenings, curled up with a good book or enjoy a glass of wine with friends. Along the corridor is the spacious shower-room with under-floor heating and simple yet stylish fittings.

From the light-filled hallway you will discover the three bedrooms; the principal boasting a super-king size 'zip and link' bed with the option of full size twins, the double and twin bedrooms both enjoy the morning sunshine.

A lovely cottage, more spacious than it looks from the photos, with a wonderful garden to relax. Perfect location to explore the coast and to visit Sandringham and Holkham.

Cottage great. Garden wonderful. Next to ..Sandringham. Not far from Snettisham beach for water sports. Near snettisham woods great for dog walking . Near Snetisham bird sanctuary wonderful walk around lake and onto the seafront. Will be returning next year.
