Flat 1, Victoria House

Lovely compact accommodation, ideally suited to a couple or small family. Very clean and well furnished and convenient for beaches, parking and restaurants. Aspects staff were excellent as always, would definitely stay here again.

Flat 1, Victoria House was spotlessly clean, very comfortable for myself and my granddaughter. Being on 1 level was appreciated as no stairs. It was in a good position to easily access everything, and not too far from.the Island car park.

A perfect central location ~ cosy and comfortable offering easy access to the beach, shops and restaurants.

1 Victoria Place is a compact, fully functioning and comfortable apartment in the heart of St.Ives Harbour. It is very suitable for those who enjoy being outside for most of the day and use this clean and light space to relax during part of the day.

The bedding is very clean and comfortable and it is easy to sleep soundly.

There is a walkway on two sides of the ground floor apartment but this is not disturbing, just normal pedestrian use. There are blinds on all the windows.

I have stayed more than once at 1 Victoria Place and can recommend
it.

This property is in an excellent location in Mount Zion, just off the quayside. There's a coffee shop 10 seconds away and the beach is 20 seconds! The Sloop pub is less than a minute away which was to my personal liking! We parked in the Sloop's car park when transferring kit on arrival and departure.

The lounge is comfortable and well equipped with seating for four people, a small table for meals, and it's nicely decorated.

The kitchen area, albeit small, has everything you'd need however we ate out at night. There isn't a washing machine but there is a launderette across town, just up from the cinema.

The room to manoeuvre around the double bed is a little challenging. Also, outside of this bedroom's window is a courtyard area to the properties in Victoria Place, and it can get slightly noisy on occasions.

My last observation is of a fusty smell in the property. The building is old and in a harbour location, and so damp will be evident in most of these properties, especially a ground floor one like this flat.

Small cottage but very clean and nicely decorated in a great location near the harbour. No sea view but it’s only a short walk away.

We stayed at Flat 1 Victoria House for a week over the May bank holiday, the cottage was beautiful and had everything we needed and more! Perfect location too as it’s a 2 min walk to Harbour Beach ?? Aspects offer the best service and the most beautiful places to stay, we’ve used Aspects a few times now and have also booked our 2025 cottage in St Ives with them and can’t wait for it !!!!!

My friend and I enjoyed three nights in this charming compact cottage, very near the harbour. Very quiet and beautifully decorated, comfortable beds.

We enjoyed a restful, peaceful week in Flat 1, Victoria House. A short stroll took us to the Harbour, where our dog loved to run and dig, or to Porthmeor and Porthgwidden for quiet early morning walks. The sun moves to shine onto the Pier in the late afternoon, where we loved to sit and view the boats and the comings and goings of other visitors. The flat was spotlessly clean and well equipped and comfortable - a delightful getaway accommodation in a perfect location.

Perfect location for a holiday in St. Ives. Clean, tidy and very comfortable. We've stayed here twice now, and plan to again.

A lovely place, all on one level and thought out with the room and facilities in the property. Nice strong shower and close to the beach.

We were aware of the scaffolding which makes it tricky for getting out and in wet weather the rain came off it but this is only temporary hopefully once the building opposite is finished.

Excellent location and has all you need for your holiday. It’s compact and cosy but the beds are very comfy & it’s spotless. Aspects always give great service so anything you know you need sorting will get sorted! thanks again!!

The location was perfect and the apartment was comfortable but the smell of damp would stop me going back sorry

Sadly this wasn't a great stay for us. Firstly the positives. Great location, close the beach and harbour. There are some works to the property directly opposite, it's an eyesore but didn't bother us, we didn't hear the workers and weren't disturbed. Negatives, on arrival no toilet roll!!! A 6 hour trip to sit on the toilet and realise someone had to run out to get loo roll, despicable! I have seen other reviews of the same so this is clearly a reoccurring issue, sort it out. Human poo left on the toilet brush - this is nothing short of disgustung! We expect cleanliness as an bare minimum so this really caught us off guard. Dust everywhere, the place hadn't been touched with a duster, table lamps, radio, tables, all covered in dust, so much so you could swipe 1 finger across and it was covered. Even when leaving windows open (as much as we could when your out enjoying your holiday) and dehumidifier on, the place smelt of damp and mould, unpleasant if I'm being honest. You woke up to a damp feeling on bedsheets and clothes every morning as you can't sleep with windows open, your literally at ground level, someone could sit down and slide through the windows in all rooms. Literally no cupboard space. You are warned of this in fairness but advertising as a place to sleep 4 pushes the boundaries, there were 3 of us and 2 had to live out of our suitcases. The place need some general TLC, we didn't expect perfection, its a cottage, but to sort the grouting that's turned black from mould in the bathroom wouldn't take much, it's about sorting the basics and this needs to be done. Worst of all after contacting Aspects and giving an honest review I was ignored. Not even an acknowledgement so far. Have stayed with Aspects before and not had a problem but very much doubt I will be a returning customer after this experience.

This is such a lovely flat for a holiday and near everything. Very handy for beaches and prom.

A wonderful stay at this lovely little flat. Spotless clean and well maintained.
The flat is in a fantastic location, only a minute’s walk to the harbour.
We also had lovely sunny weather everyday which was a bonus. We visited in May to attend the food and drink festival which was absolutely fantastic and highly recommended.
We would book this accommodation again. The location is brilliant and it’s very good value compared to most accommodation in St Ives especially with it being so close to the harbour.

We found the flat to be very clean and comfortable in a location convenient for parking, restaurants and beaches. Excellent customer service from Aspects as always and would certainly stay here again.

We enjoyed a peaceful and restful week in February. Flat 1, Victoria House is a well-equipped, comfortable accommodation which met all our needs.
The flat is ground floor and very conveniently located. It felt warm and homely. We would definitely want to stay there again.
It is dog-friendly, our sand-digging Goldendoodle loving the short walk to the Harbour beach and Mermaid's Cove. The beautiful, sunny, crisp days saw us leave the flat and wander to any of the beaches in minutes to enjoy the relative quiet of St. Ives at that time of year. Bliss.

Great location, perfect size for one or two people with a pooch. Comfortable, heating is excellent for those colder nights.

Flat 1 is in the perfect location, modern layout and decorated nicely. Good value for money. On the small side so great for a couple or family with small children. For us it worked well and thoroughly enjoyed our week stay.

Don't wish to leave a review because the service we received from Aspects is always brilliant .It was the cleaning that was the problem .

Thought place looked lovely.....however soon became clear property is riddled with damp and smelt awful. Windows couldn't be left safely open. My family had a new born baby and rented elsewhere.
Later found old reviews... . Stating property was awful and full of damp.
It clearly then had a make over.... but damp was NOT dealt with.
Also courtyard is not connected to the property and is full of bins.

The location of the property was excellent however the flat itself was dated and we felt it requires refurbishment.

Perfect house in a perfect location. Could not ask for more, has everything you could need. Thank you for a wonderful stay. I'll be booking again soon

I stayed in Flat 1 for a long weekend from 4th March and the only disappointment I had was having to go out to purchase milk and toilet rolls when I first gained access.although it states that an initial supply is provided. Everything else was perfect for me and my dog. It has a really long bath and I was able to stretch out full length (I am 5ft 10ins ) and the shower is really powerful. The bed was really comfortable. Although the accommodation is small it is what I would consider normal for St Ives and I would not hesitate staying here again. It is perfectly placed for all that is available in this beautiful town.
