Reviews
Apsley Cottage is a welcoming cottage with a hot tub on the Cowdray Estate, situated in a secluded location just outside the picturesque village of Bepton, a short drive from Midhurst.

Tucked away, the cottage has outstanding views of the surrounding countryside and is the perfect spot for couples and families looking to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and wake up to the sounds of birdsong and mother nature.

As you enter the cottage you will notice it has retained many original features. There is a dining-room with wood-burner, a cosy sitting-room also with wood-burner, a downstairs bathroom, and a well appointed contemporary kitchen. Upstairs are three bedrooms, one king-size double and two singles.

The laundry-room is outside and houses the washing machine and tumble-drier. There is also an ironing board with an iron in situ should you require this during your stay.

The garden with its wonderful hot tub is the perfect place to sit and enjoy the countryside. Go out the garden gate and you are straight onto a network of footpaths and not far from the South Downs Way.

A wonderful cottage in a beautiful, rural and very peaceful location. The cottage is beautifully decorated and the bedrooms are pretty and cosy. The log burners were lovely on cold evenings and we enjoyed watching deer from the hot tub! We will definitely be back!

Mrs Eastabrook

The information provided was spot on. We enjoyed the location although it took a little finding as the signs were grown over.
