Tucked away along a narrow Cornish lane in the heart of Marazion, Mount View Cottage is a delightful coastal retreat with sweeping views across Mount's Bay towards the iconic St Michael's Mount. Accessed by a narrow lane with a characterful approach, this charming cottage immediately rewards you with its elevated position and ever-changing sea views.

Downstairs the newly fitted, high-end, kitchen is beautifully designed for preparing family meals using the finest Cornish produce. Ahead you will find an inviting sitting-room complete with cosy wood-burner and double doors leading onto the terrace, a haven after a day exploring the coast.

The dining-area bathed in light, surrounded by glass on almost every side, creates the feeling of dining outdoors with the comfort of being indoors and enjoys glorious views over the bay and opens directly onto the terrace, a wonderful spot for outdoor seating, morning coffee or evening drinks as the sun sets over the sea. To the front a sweet, small lower garden full of native plants adds to the charm, please take care with young children due to varying levels.

The ground floor also boasts a stylish newly fitted shower-room, along with two delightful bedrooms, a comfortable twin, and a bunk bedroom perfect for little ones, as well as a very useful utility-room.

Upstairs the home truly shines. A vast and airy king-size bedroom with doors that open onto a private small balcony, allowing the salty sea air in. Soak up the uninterrupted views across the bay to the castle. The en suite bathroom is exceptionally well appointed with a free-standing bath and a separate shower ideal for a long soak after sandy beach days.

There is private parking for two cars bedside the house, a rare feature in central Marazion, please take care along the narrow access lane and it is best to reverse back into the drive.

Your four-legged friend is warmly welcomed too, so the whole family can enjoy coastal adventures together.
