Changeover Day: Flexible. Arrival: 4:00pm, departure: 10:00am.

Pets: Two dogs accepted at an additional cost

Bedding & Linen: Bed linen and towels provided. Please provide your own beach towels.

Accessibility: Although a ground floor property there is a step up into the bedroom and two steps down to the en-suite property.

Damage: Important! We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we take a £35 fee from each booking as a damage waiver. This is included in the price you pay and covers you for up to £500 worth of accidental damages to the property that could occur whilst you are staying.
