Frau Schintzel

One of the loveliest places I’ve ever been.

Miss Dimbylow

A lovely 2nd stay at Piran Cottage, this time with my mum. She absolutely loved the garden, I would find her sat in different parts with a cuppa tea enjoying the views.

Ms Rees

The cottage is set in the most beautiful location- very peaceful and the garden is stunning. It is a lovely place to escape and relax. We walked to Mousehole which was challenging as lots of boulders to climb over and lifting dog over parts. However it was beautiful scenery. I also walked up over the cliffs the other way. I accessed this from the village rather than the harbour and this was easier. Perranporth was stunning . Sadly I couldn't get tickets to view the Minack so didn't see that. Landsend was touristy and busy. Next time I'd park at Sennen and walk from there.

Mrs Grinnell

Beautiful cottage, fantastic garden. Great views.
So peaceful. Felted really rested
Wanted to stay longer. So next time hopefully we will.

Mrs Gordon

Mrs Godfrey

This cottage is located in a wonderful, peaceful location. Its large garden enjoys sun well into the evening with plenty of different places to sit and enjoy the fabulous views. Everything is in good condition and has all you will need. A pint of milk and cream tea are a lovely welcome. We've never needed a wheelbarrow to take our luggage up the hill to the front door before - but it was all a great experience! The local pub has limited food service but there are other options nearby.

Mrs Carr

Amazing cottage in a great location. Lovely terraced gardens with lots of little 'rooms' to explore, great view of the sea to enjoy refreshments in the afternoon/evening sun.

Dr Purkis

Incredible location, cottage and garden. Superbly equipped with every home comfort. Positioned on the SW coastal path it is an ideal spot from which to do day walks or just to relax for the week listening to the sound of the waves.

Mrs Hogg

Lovely house and setting and super garden. Extremely quiet and relaxing.
Great local pub.

Dr Purkis

Piran Cottage is such a wonderful base for walking or visiting local attractions. Very well equipped with everything you could need and lovely sea views from the upstairs open plan living area. A surprisingly large well kept garden, with so many cleverly created seating areas and even your own summer house thrown in!
Garage was a big plus point, avoiding local parking charges and was easy to manoeuvre into being larger than I had imagined. Welcome tea, coffee and biscuits tray was a nice touch and all beautifully clean throughout. Wood burner made the evenings really cosy.
Thank you for a super week - already booked to return later in the year!

Mr Thomas

Lovely cottage, huge beautiful gardens and a view to die for.

Ms Luck

Lovely house in an amazing location we have stayed here twice

Miss Beale

Fantastic location. Could not have asked for more! The garden is absolutely amazing and in pristine condition, we loved spending time out there watching the sea.

We had the best of both worlds, lovely warm sun and also Storm Agnes which was very exciting, we loved watching the waves crash in!

Lamorna cove is a great place to swim and fish explore. Highly recommend it!

Dr. Zeller

Piran Cottage was a great holiday home. We stayed two weeks and it was absolutely amazing. The view was fantastic and the garden was in great condition. The house was exactly as depicted and super clean! We miss waking up to the sound of the sea and can definitely recommend Piran Cottage.

Mr Steward

Fantastic cottage in a fantastic, quiet location… the perfect place to escape to

Mr Bratchell

Piran cottage is in a beautiful location and is a perfect place to relax or to get direct access the coastal path. The cottage has a beautiful garden with a lovely variety of plants and flowers and you can sit and soak in the views. There is a dedicated garage for parking that is fine if you reverse park into it.

Miss Longmore

Idyllic cottage in a beautiful spot. The location is fantastic; lovely views from outside, walks right from the doorstep and not far to drive to places like Mousehole or even St Ives.
Cottage itself is beautifully laid out. Really comfortable place to stay and really clean. Secure garden too for our dog to run around in. Extra touches like scones with jam and cream were a lovely surprise when we arrived. A real treat! Thank you!

Ms Biggs

Lovely cottage in a stunning location. Please aware that the path up to the cottage is quite steep for the less active individual but otherwise perfect!

Miss Dimbylow

Piran Cottage is absolutely beautiful, the location is breathtaking. We loved everything from the secret nooks in the terraced garden (which the children played hide and seek) to the amazing Aga in the kitchen. The walk from the garage to the cottage was 2 minutes.
Being right on the costal path, it's great for walks to Mousehole or Porthcurno and beyond. The beach at the Lamorna Cove is beautiful with clear water perfect for swimming, just check the tide times. In the evenings we were lucky enough to see the local seal and if you like stargazing, the Milky Way is an unforgettable sight.
We highly recommend Piran Cottage and looking forward to visiting next year.

Mr McDermott

A splendid cottage in a beautiful setting.

Mrs Humpherson

We loved Piran Cottage and it’s location as we wanted a quiet holiday. The cottage is well equipped and cosy, especially with the Aga and the log burner.

Although the garage is tight we did park the car in it overnight each day to avoid car parking charges in the harbour.

Good tip - don’t take too much luggage as difficult to carry up to the cottage although a wheelbarrow is provided.

Overall a beautiful place to stay.

Mrs Chapman

Beautiful property, beautiful location, garden was great especially for the dog.

Mrs Thompson

If you have a dog, this cottage has a safe, ideal and secure garden. The cottage itself is lovely, so thoughtfully decorated, fully equipped with everything you'd need. It was lovely to sit with a drink after dinner on the small decked terrace away from the house, which over looks the sea.
Lots to see from there, the cruise liners, small fishing boats and little sail boats. If you are lucky and have binoculars, a buzzard can be seen in sky above.

Mrs Carter

This was a stunning property in a wonderful, quiet and peaceful cove. The garden is wonderful - and has benches and tables and chairs dotted around and follow the sun around the garden. The lock was broken on the door when we arrived but it was very quickly fixed by Aspect who send a handy person very quickly. The cottage is right on the coast path which was great for walking. The pub up the road was handy as well! The garage is quite a squeeze for a car but we knew this would be the case as was the short, uneven walk up to the house - but this made the whole stay unique!

Mrs Parry

Really great location. Clean and newly furnished cottage. Not luxury but newish fittings and clean.

Beware the Aga - trying to cook local seafood on something with no temperature control and which cooks pasta by basically staring at it until becomes soft is a challenge. Bring a small portable BBQ like we did.

Very atmospheric place though.

Daniel

Mr Caton

Excellent location

Mrs Oldrey

We absolutely love the location of this beautiful cottage and the views are wonderful.
Our second visit to this magical place.

Ms Rix

Location, outdoor space and view from the garden out over the cove are stunning whatever the weather, although ensure you dont overpack as not the easiest transfer of luggage from garage to front door. Try the local Lamorna Pottery cafe for gorgeous home-made cakes and curries served by friendly and welcoming staff.

Mrs Chettle

Wonderful location. Cosy cottage with everything we needed for our stay. Amazing sea views from the cottage and gardens. Stunning costal walks on the doorstep. The perfect place to unwind and enjoy this part of Cornwall.

Mr Jackson

Second time we have been to Piran. Lovely cottage, great location and would highly recommend it.

Mr Martin

Perfect cottage in Lamorna
Great views of the sea and coastline, coastal walk to Mousehole is well worth the effort

Really enjoyed cooking on the Electric Aga facilities in cottage superb

Mrs Finch

Piran Cottage is set in a beautiful location, surrounded by well maintained landscaped gardens, with many little nooks and crannies each enhancing the wonderful views of Lamorna Cove. The cottage is equipped with everything you need for a very relaxing holiday or short break alike. We very much enjoyed the coastal Cliff edged walks on both sides of cove. However be mindful on the steep steps up to the property if walking difficulties are of a concern. Overall a lovely break away.

Mrs Siuda

Lovely cottage in a fantastic location overlooking the sea at beautiful Lamorna Cove. Gorgeous garden but some facility for shade would be welcomed. It was a shame that the sun beds were broken and could not be used.

Mr Mottershead

Beautifully located cottage with stunning views The cottage is very well presented with everything you need for a wonderful break

Mr Boniface

For peaceful views of ever changing sea from a varied garden only five minutes from the cove shore, this cannot be beaten.

Mr McNeish

Everything about the cottage was as advertised. It was a great base to stay, and to explore from. We unreservedly recommend this property - and for September, the weather - we were very fortunate! Thank you to the owner and Aspect.

Mrs Noble

I would have loved to stay longer in Piran Cottage as we were only on a short break. Located in a quiet picturesque cove this 2 bedrooms cottage did not disappoint, everything catered for I loved the Aga in the kitchen, the rooms were spacious and a well thought out layout. The weather was not warm enough to sit in the large well looked after garden and I will look forward to this next time as the views are amazing. This is a place I would love to return too.

Mrs Thornton

Piran cottage is idyllic surrounded by beautiful gardens .The cottage itself has everything needed for your break ,loved going down to the beach with the dog and wonderful coastal walks .We had a lovely relaxing break .

Mr Caton

Really enjoyed holiday will book again

Mr Turner

We had a fantastic time, the cottage, gardens and the views are perfect for a relaxing time away by the sea. Wonderful walks on the doorstep and a good pub nearby is a bonus.

Mr Jackson

Piran Cottage is in a fantastic location. The cottage itself is well cared for and is everything you can expect from a Cornish cottage in a lovely, secluded cove. Booking was easy and the team at Aspects were on hand to ensure we got the best out of the cottage. We will definitely use Aspects again and will be back at Piran Cottage next year.

Mrs Kay

This cottage is in a very special spot, a minute from the beach and stunning views. We absolutely loved it. Super comfortable beds, spotless and tasteful interior. So peaceful, left bedroom window open and listened to the waves as at night. The garden is beautiful.

Mrs Farthing

Delightful cottage in an enchanted location.
