Mr Hull
March is lovely, the kids loved the pool and games room, the adults loved the sauna!
House is spacious and has obviously undergone some recent refurbishment. You won't be disappointed here. The bedrooms other than the main 2 aren't huge but fine for our needs.
If walking to the beech it's either a strep hill or two or two sets of pretty step steps. Remember the surfing beach is a little further away too.
Book restaurants early, they are all very busy. Try pasties from The Maker, Karaoke and Rum and Crab shack, dinner at Firehouse Grill.

The house was perfect, so comfortable and spacious and we made much use of the pool. The house was immaculate and everything was there that we needed:) We loved the sauna and games room too. The service from Aspects was excellent. We have been coming to St Ives for over 40 years and this was our best holiday so far. We were celebrating my husbands 60th birthday with our children and partners and we would like to say a BIG thank you for making it so special x
Mrs Tulloch
A beautiful, comfortable and spacious home.
Two twin rooms (one larger, one smaller), and a spacious en suite double and a further large double. Each room with tv and lovely views either over the garden or towards St Ives with a glimpse of the water. Extremely comfortable beds and quality bedding.
The separate living area with large TV and PS5 was a delight for our son, and the very spacious principle living room with huge tv was lovely to sit in as a family as it was flooded with natural light throughout the day and gave direct access to the pool.
If you have small children please note there is no fence around the pool area, but for older children, teens and adults it was a fabulous space with a lovely seating area and also loungers next to it.
The games garage with pool table, ping pong and a sauna in the detached garage was fantastic.
March is a very special home that offers space, facilities, privacy, and a great location about 15-20 minute walk (downhill!) into St Ives. If you have a dog with you, you can also head right out of the property, next left along the lane towards the school and there’s a lovely wooded walk on the right just up past the school. Perfectly shaded for hot summer days!
One last piece of advice - don’t turn right into the drive when heading uphill from st Ives. If you go slightly past the opening and turn at the cul de sac of newer homes next right and approach the drive from the other direction as it’s an easier access.
