Mrs Mccormack

Excellent area. Very quiet. Bus stop 5mins walk down the hill as well as a great pub.

Mr Poole

Second visit to Garth cottage. Great place and location! Thoroughly recommend.

Mrs Brandt

Large balcony with nice furnishing and wonderfull views where we enjoyed the sundown.

The cottage is well appointed and decorated.

Excellent kittchen appliances!

Really quiet and secluded - exactly what we had in mind. Yet a short walk to the beach, the harbour, and shops. Lovely!

Miss Burrows

Garth cottage is ideally located between Carbis Bay and St Ives. It’s just a short 15 minute walk to either.
The cottage was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a weeks’ stay. The beds were comfortable and the decked balcony accessed via the bedrooms was beautiful and a sun trap in the afternoon.
Aspect holidays were a great company to deal with. Would definitely recommend.

Mrs Titley

Amazing cottage in perfect location!

Mrs Topham

Beautiful Cornish cottage situated on a pretty lane in an outstanding location. So peaceful yet only a 20 minute walk from the hustle and bustle of St Ives. A generous parking space, 10 minute walk to Tesco and The Cornish Arms at the bottom of the road. Even a sea view from the huge balcony. Perfect!

Mrs Mccormack

Wonderful as always. Husband has mobility issues so regular bus service into town is great.

Mrs Escott

Garth cottage for our family and furbaby was absolutely perfect, the location perfect, the views from the balcony and bedrooms was fabulous to wake up to, our dog is tiny and the garden was totally secure which was a lovely relaxing feeling. The washer which was an added surprise helped me with coming home with zero washing, and well the dishwasher for a family of 4 ment we could fully relax. Wifi with two teen daughters makes it that little more comfortable.
I will never holiday with any other company when staying in Cornwall Aspect holidays 5* and highly recommend.

Mrs Bingham

Excellent property in a fantastic location. Fabulous walks available from the property. Having parking so near to St Ives is a real bonus.
The service offered by Aspects is hard to beat and I would recommend them everytime.

Mrs Mccormack

Lovely cottage in a quiet lane. Great garden and first floor terrace with views over fields and the bay. Aspects were very quick to respond to any queries, and sorted the fuse box within 24hrs when the door blew off in strong winds. It was reassuring to have someone at the end of the phone if you needed them.

Mrs Parry

Garth Cottage is in a wonderful location, it’s very private and feels like you’re in the middle of the countryside yet it’s only a 5 minutes walk to the pub & bus stop, 10 mins to Tesco and a leisurely 30 mins stroll into the centre of St Ives town. The cottage is excellently equipped and extremely comfortable. Highly recommend.

Mr Voller

2nd time of staying at Garth cottage, very clean, great location, got everything you need, would be great if it had a BBQ and a hot tub, would book again

Mrs Griffin

Gorgeous cottage with beautiful garden and everything you need.
We had a wonderful week and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. Spotlessly clean also.

Mrs Bingham

Garth Cottage is well equiped with everything needed for a fabulous stay. The shower in particular is of a high standard. Everything was clean on arrival. Location excellent for St Ives. Hope to return to this property in the future.

Mrs Titley

Fabulous company, used many times and cottages are always lovely

Mrs Quigley

Beautiful property in beautiful surroundings.. Only downside is the steep hill to get to it. But Carbis bay and St Ives only 30 min walk away...

Mrs Topham

Excellent property with parking in a beautiful location. We had a problem with the door lock on arrival but after a phone call to Aspects it was sorted out within 30 minutes. Highly recommend Aspects customer service. We’ve already booked again for next year.

Mrs Smith

Great location for Carbis Bay and St Ives. Secure garden area for children and dogs and pretty well equipped.

Mrs Cooper

We had a lovely time at Garth cottage, beautiful views and a cosy holiday home. We had the best time in Cornwall and can't wait to go back! It was nice to have the home comforts after our busy days out.

Mrs Loader

Fabulous cottage in a great location, walking distance to St Ives and its many beaches. Loved being close to the nature reserve with great views from the top. Very comfortable with everything you need for a relaxing stay and very dog friendly.

Mrs O`Brien

Excellent location, best of both worlds with the sea and countryside all within walking distance. Well equipped property, comfortable, spacious. Would definitely stay here again.

Mrs Aldred

Lovely cottage. It had all we needed and more.

Mrs Thomas-Morgan

Loved the property, great location. Well presented and comfortable. Everything has been though out to ensure our stay was perfect.

Mrs Wootton

Lovely Cottage in a quiet location, about 20 minutes walk into St Ives, however bus stop just at bottom of road as is the Pub. Lovely walks and beaches had a really relaxing week. We would recommend the cottage highly.

Mrs. Womack

Have stayed in Garth Cottage twice now and we just love it. Theres a secure enclosed garden for the kids/dog, blackout curtains which are a must, very comfy beds, large corner settee for the family, great oven. Its around a 40 minute walk on the coast road into St Ives, there are a few steep climbs but we loved that, a good brisk walk before a cream tea! Have used Aspects for around 30 years now and we have never been let down, we wont use anyone else as the properties are spotlessly clean.

Mrs Doran

Had a fabulous time staying at Garth cottage. We would highly recommend it!
Great location for walking into St.Ives with all the beaches & shops.
Nature reserve, Pub & supermarket all close by!
Lovely quiet location with lovely views of the sea & surrounding countryside.
Cottage was well equipped & very comfortable. Home from home!
Our dog loved the garden.
Didn’t want to leave!
Already booked again for 2023.

Mrs Richardson

A lovely size property for a family of 4 and a dog, great location, about a 20 min walk into St Ives. Clean and fresh, lovely decor, and a great layout. Lots of information about the property and local area. There was even milk in the fridge ( very clean) and tea and coffee left for our arrival which was greatly appreciated! We were lucky with the weather and were able to enjoy the sun terrace at the end of the day.
We will definitely return it this comfortable and cosy property

Mrs Dart

Location was very pretty and tranquil , the cottage was also lovely. Close to everything and also tucked away to escape the busy town. I specifically booked Garth Cottage for its patio area that was advertised only to arrive to the patio doors unable to open. The lock was broken which ruined the outside experience a bit. This should have been checked prior to our arrival and unfortunately we were unable to open the doors onto the patio. This was a bit of an inconvenience and a disappointment. Aspects tried to sort the problem out but the owner did not acknowledge my complaint or offer any kind of compensation or kind gesture towards this which I felt was unfair so unfortunately did not get value for money.

Mrs Jamieson

We had a lovely stay in Garth Cottage, I recommend this for a family or couple for any time of the year. We enjoyed shopping in the small local Cornish providers instead of bigger obvious supermarkets.

Mrs Ellis

Good company, very good service and helpful.

Miss Booth

Fantastic property. All the comforts of home. Ideal location. Stayed in St Ives many many times and Garth Cottage is by far my favourite property.

Mrs Gadenne

We absolutely love Garth Cottage! This was our second time staying here, and it didn’t disappoint! The property itself is well maintained, and has everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable holiday home - with beautiful field views from the garden. It’s close enough to the main town to walk (approx 25min), and only about 20 mins down to Carbis Bay beach which is a beautiful spot. Lots of lovely walks close by, and so much to see in the surrounding area. Thank you again for a wonderful holiday :)

Mr Baker

Everything excellent about the Garth, well equipped for cooking and dining. A bit of a walk into town but not over excessive. In all excellent holiday.

Mrs FARRELL

Garth Cottage is in a lovely , peaceful position above St Ives.
It’s about 20 minutes walk into town , you can cut through Treloyhan Hotel gardens to the coastal path .
Carbis Bay beach is nearer than Portminster . We didn’t cook much but it’s well equipped, should you choose to do so .
Beds are comfy.
We had a great stay , weather was wonderful .

Mrs Heath

What can I say, this place is perfect. The location was perfect, away from the hustle and bustle of everything but not too far to walk into St Ives (or take the bus) or the beach. Everything we needed was there, and things we didn't need too. Beds were really comfortable and the cottage was spotlessly clean. Games and jigsaws were provided, which were needed on rainy days! The garden was perfect, and our dog settled in straight away. I really hope that one day we will return. Amazing!!!

Miss Pullen

Lovely holiday house, away from the crowds but only a short distance into town. Everything you need for a great holiday!

Mrs Smith

Great property and location. Fully equipped with everything you need for a week.

Miss Thomas

We had a lovely stay in Garth Cottage. The location is perfect for walking into St Ives whilst having a rural outlook. It has good facilities and is perfect for dogs.

Mrs Pocklington

Fantastic cottage, brilliant facilities and so lovely to have a nature reserve and paths to be accessed from the front door.

Ms Baynes

Lovely cottage in a great location to walk to St Ives and the beaches. Well equipped with everything we needed. Our dog loved the enclosed garden. Would definitely recommend and will stay again next time we go to Cornwall.

Mrs Dunham

We had a great week at Garth Cottage. Found the setting quiet but easy access to St Ives. Very comfortable and fully equipped. The cottage didn’t feel like a holiday let.
Everything we could wish for.

Mrs Haydon

A rather under-stated property, this hidden gem was a perfect base for a wonderfully relaxed week away. It suited us really well to be located away from the hustle and crowds of St Ives, but still be able to walk down if we fancied it. Lovely footpaths through the nature reserve on our doorstep, and we thoroughly exploring the many wonderful beaches and coastline away from the town. The cottage itself was equipped to a high standard, we had everything we needed for a great break.
It was a luxury to have our Cornish Food Box delivery waiting for us when we arrived too. Thank you Aspects

Mr Platt

Fantastic cottage situated in a great location ideal for dog owners.
The cottage drools with a feel of relaxation providing comfort in a rural surrounding feeling safe and secure.
I have stayed in both Garth Cottage and Garth Annex of which I would recommend both depending on family size. Garth Cottage in particular has an added advantage of an upper sun deck and garden. Rather a steep 40 mins walk when returning on foot from St Ives but is pleasant never the less.

Mrs Fisher

Garth Cottage was a beautifully presented, light and very clean property. The upstairs balcony is a great feature, somewhere to relax with a coffee and read the paper. It has a secure garden and is close to a lovely dog walking area on the hillside and there are some great dog friendly beaches close by. St Ives is a 20 minute walk away which suited us as we could leave the car parked at the property. There is a large Tesco a short distance away, and a pleasant dog-friendly pub serving food a short walk away.
We would definitely return.

Mrs Stevens

After staying the previous week in another St Ives property, with fabulous views over the harbour in St Ives, Garth Cottage was just as lovely, but in a different way. It was within a short walk of beautiful woodland and Knill Steeple. The lane that Garth Cottage is situated on is really quiet and peaceful and just lovely to walk along. It was good that we could leave the car parked outside the cottage. We could walk into any part of St Ives with ease, though the return walk certainly had the effect of upping my fitness levels!!! ( Uphill of course!) There are regular buses from the Malakoff and of course taxis - both would be a good option for those people who don’t want to exert themselves too much. I would definitely stay in Garth Cottage again.

Mrs Bowen

This is our second time staying at Garth cottage, the property was clean comfortable with everything you could possibly need for your stay here, the property is just out of St Ives town but within walking distance to town, beaches and restaurants etc . It’s an added bonus having parking and a lovely secluded & secure garden for both the dogs and ourselves, with a lovely big table and plenty of chairs for dining alfresco.
We will definitely return

Miss Woodward

A floor plan would be a great bonus

Mrs Brooke

Beautifully decorated cottage, perfect size for our family of 5. Great location in a peaceful setting. Very well equipped.

Mrs North

Fabulous cottage. Location is perfect for a peaceful and private time. The decoration and specification of the actual cottage is a very high standard and everything you may need is catered for. Excellent and the best dog friendly cottage we have stayed in.

Ms Rix

A well maintained, simply decorated, clean property; spacious, relatively peaceful location - probably preferable that holiday makers are willing to do some up hill walking

Mr Chard

Loved the cottage and the surrounding area, location was spot on for beach or rural. Nice to have the option of a BBQ, perhaps health and safety is an issue !

Mrs Jewell

Lovely cottage and location. Had a great holiday here!

Mr Armstrong

Aspect Holidays are a great company to deal with, they were helpful before, during and after our trip away and it was the same for every employee of Aspect holidays that we dealt with. I would very much recommend Aspect Holidays to others and will definately be using them again. Thank you so much for making our holiday so enjoyable. Garth cottage was a superb property to stay at, it was only a short walk to st Ives harbour and had the benefits of parking next to the property and also a generous garden to use. The property itself also was way above our expectations, it was very clean and also presented to a very high standard. When we return to st Ives we will most definately be looking at returning to Garth cottage. Thank you for contributing to such an incredible week, both company and property were superb!!

Mrs Penney

The cottage was perfect from the location to everything supplied, this is why we came back this year it was a real find. We are going to be a little quicker in re booking in future as Christmas 2017 has already been taken. The owners have thought of everything to make our stay special. Thank you

Mr Blakesley

Garth cottage is in a lovely area easy access to st ives and Carbis bay the property is superb

Ms Burn-Smith

Great location and ideal for dog owners, with miles of footpaths immediately accessible from the property and a relatively easy walk, off the main road, into St Ives. Dog-friendy all year round, Porth Kidney Sands is only a short drive away for sea and sand. If you want restful relaxation away from it all, this is the place to be.

Mr Lavis

We have booked it again for next year and looking forward to returning. First time I have stayed in a property that had all we needed, it gave value for money and made the holiday easy. Very tastefully done and the sofa was great. Perfect location to walk to either St Ives or Carbis Bay, with dog walks near by. So many little touches including board games for the kids.

Ms Richards

Excellent location, clean and very well equipped, couldnt have wished for more, helped make our holiday perfect.

Mr Hingley

Garth is an excellent and high spec place to stay but is let down by a shared heating system. If this was to be addressed I would be rating it as first class but at this time I would not book again do to this issue.

Mr Palmer

Beautiful , well equiped and clean cottage . Quiet location , easy access to St Ives and Hayle with some lovely walks on your doorstep

Mr Smith

Fantastic, well equipped cottage in quiet location with wonderful views which was a joy to return to after a busy day out and about. We all agreed that the settee was possibly the most comfortable settee ever! The uninterrupted WiFi was an added bonus and kept the teenagers happy. For once we've found a self catering cottage that ticks all of our boxes.

Mrs Smith

Lovely place to stay xxx

Ms Parker

A very well presented lovely cottage
